With a caveat that Rodgers is someone whom will want to be here vs Zidane, whom, by all accounts is not that fussed about managing in England.

Surely that’s a tangible variable in regards to our next appointment — someones motivation, someone that will actually get behind the ‘project’ or whatever the feck else you want to call it?

If those are our only realistic candidates, then which coach would you pick?

As much as I like Zidane, I’m worried about his commitment.

This again? :lol::lol::lol:

Wasn't there literally a thread about this less than a week ago that got locked?

Really? I must have missed it. Then again I spent the last week in a key hole.

I'd rather Zidane living in Southern Europe and doing training sessions via Zoom than Brendan taking over.

Yeah I'm 99% sure it got locked as well. Either way Zidane for me.
Fair enough then. I’d take Rodgers. Really don’t want someone here who’s being almost forced to be here.

Why ask this idiotic question again?

No one with any sense wants Rodgers. #rodgersout

I would have quite liked Rodgers before but I think it's too late now. I think other coaches have caught up with him tactically. Previously he was a cut above your average PL manager, now he's one of many who have the same ideas. The difference will in how they do will be their judgement, man management, squad management. In these regards Rodgers is nothing special, plus comes with his cringe factor and Scouse affiliation.

Rodgers having Leicester looking like a proper shithouse this season.

I’d take me a motivated worker rather than someone than who’s heart is not in it. Hardly idiotic.

Ffs, the answer is never Brenton Rodgers, unless the question is "What horse toothed, bottling, fraud of a failed ex-Liverpool manager would you least like to take charge of United?"
