I don't follow him but why do people want this guy?

I think he will fail too. Good luck nonetheless

Happy with this. Probably my second choice all things considered behind Naglesmann but that was always going to be a longshot with his current Germany position.

Just dont' marry the fecking guy if he isn't good. Please that's all I ask, we don't need to give him 3 years "no matter what" to "see out his process" if it's not working.

I swear I'm not going to get excited again but my cock is already out.

Absolute dream, been hoping for a couple years and so relieved we have a chance to take him

Must be happening. William hill have suspended all odds on our next manager

If true then they've clearly been working on this deal for a while, no way Amorim would abandon Sporting on a whim - even for us.
Big if true, nobody is a certain next big thing, but he ticks alot of boxes.

Won Sportings first title in 19 years, won it twice in a row and is already 6 points ahead this season.

On paper & stats wise it looks a terrific appointment if it happens but ETH looked a terrific appointment on paper & stats wise too with what he achieved in Netherlands.

Time will tell I suppose but if it is indeed Ruben Amorim, then he has my full support.

Said a few months back he'd be my top choice so I am more than happy. He's done something unique as a coach in that league by winning it, usually it's Benfica or Porto. Worth the risk in my opinion

Did wonders in Portugal and suddenly he's the best manager since sliced bread. Hard to think it won't eventually go the same way as with any other manager. There are two or three characters in the dressing room that contribute to a manger failing too, and they still remain.
