Both of them really needed a washing machine immediately
to put their heads inside and have thorough cleansing.
Playing Fletcher is the main reason that United lost to Lille.
Whenever United had the chance to charge forward, Fletcher
forgot that he is footballer and did his "Ballerina" act and pull the
ball back and made a time delaying square pass to the flank.
This act frustrated those advancing players as they have to check
and move back. It must have been favoritism that he has
kept his place in the team even he is not up to standard.
CQ, despite all his experience do not know how to change tactics.
When the pitch is such bad condition, it is no use playing the
passing game and should have switch to aerial attack.
Switching A Smith to partner RVN in the forward position, give
instructions to Ronaldo and Richardson to get crosses in; Bring in
Bardsley;use O'shea as holding MF with Rooney as the other MF
to collect any loose ball and try shots at goal. With this formation,
the midfield should be bypassed and attack them in the air with
British Bull-dogism.
I am sure that the Frenchies will panic and make mistakes.

So let me get this straight.......if Fergie had dropped Fletcher and played......Park or Miller......????..... we would have won?

How?

Our defence was at fault for the Lille goal and Smith lost his player.......so we would have needed to score two......

It's a team problem....not just one player!!!!

No matter how much cleansing you do the fact is that we have too many players in the squad who aren’t good enough to wear a United shirt:
- Smith
- Fletcher
- O’Shea
- Richardson
- Miller
- Howard

Considering that we have the smallest squad in years and that we have a number key players injured and out of form we are struggling badly. I can’t see any superstars breaking through the ranks at the moment so the only (short-term) solution would be to start using the chequebook in January.

My Washing Machine has packed up and I have no idea what I should be buying. Clearly this is the perfect thread to bump for advice. Needs at least 9kg drum and I don't really want to be spending more than £350 on a new one.

Interesting thread. Fletcher was considered deadwood?

Whatever you do, resist buying it from currys.

Who's our official washing machine partner?
Those guys that we're apparently negotiating with to replace Chevrolet apparently do washing machines :D.

"Haier Group Corporation may not be a name that is instantly recognisable, but a lot of their brands certainly will be, such as Hoover. It is a Chinese-based home appliances and consumer electronics company that designs, develops, manufactures and sells products including refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, microwave ovens, mobile phones, computers, and televisions." Absolutely, for years. Keane's comments didn't help
Fletcher was never dead wood. Dickheads without a first clue about Football wrote him off when he was 22/23, he proved them wrong and proved that he was worth the patience by the time he was 25/26 and was a key player for us until illness robbed him of his best years.

Which UK recommend either the Hotpoint NSWA963CWWUK (£339) or the Samsung WW80K5413UW (£349).
Need 10kg minimum. Looking at washer dryers now too. It's all very exciting stuff.
