He's probably a few years too old for our "new" transfer strategy.Hmm, if it's at a reasonable price, I dont mind it. But Bruno G is the one I really like from that team.
Yeah you're probably right. There may be exceptions if someone's available on a free but yea I agree they might not spend big money on Bruno G.He's probably a few years too old for our "new" transfer strategy.
Like Cunha and Mbeumo he is younger than them unless you were speaking about Guimaraes then you are right we most probably won't be going for him .He's probably a few years too old for our "new" transfer strategy.
We were talking about Bruno G who is older than both Mbeumo and Cunha. Ofcourse Tonali is younger.Like Cunha and Mbeumo he is younger than them .

We have Mainoo and Bruno. Don’t need the second best Bruno in the league.Hmm, if it's at a reasonable price, I dont mind it. But Bruno G is the one I really like from that team.
Look at the post I quoted. Bruno Guimaraes is not younger than Mbeumo and Cunha.Like Cunha and Mbeumo he is younger than them .
Bruno G is 28 , Cunha and Mbeumo are 26Like Cunha and Mbeumo he is younger than them .
I like him and think he'd compliment them both very well. Really combative, all action midfielder who'd add some physicality to the team. But he's not the one we're being linked to here so it's all a bit moot.We have Mainoo and Bruno. Don’t need the second best Bruno in the league.
You think Bruno, Bruno and Mainoo will work?!I like him and think he'd compliment them both very well. Really combative, all action midfielder who'd add some physicality to the team. But he's not the one we're being linked to here so it's all a bit moot.
Why not? I think Mainoo has shown he can play as the deepest midfielder( atleast under ETH I recall him having good performances), Bruno G can be the typical box to box like player. Mainoo isn't really that kind of box to box player anyways. You think Bruno, Bruno and Mainoo will work?!
I like him, super mobile with top end pace, good on the ball, but he should be consistently better than he is.
Not sure what holds him back from being one of the top midfielders in the league, has all the tools.
Who is the defensive midfielder here? Mainoo? Why not? I think Mainoo has shown he can play as the deepest midfielder( atleast under ETH I recall him having good performances), Bruno G can be the typical box to box like player. Mainoo isn't really that kind of box to box player anyways.
We’d get ripped to shreds by most PL teams.Thought his passing was never that good? His whole performance seems to have dropped off this season, particularly recently. He definitely has the legs we need but his passing has gone off a cliff this season.
I don't think he's as bad as you seem to think.Who is the defensive midfielder here? Mainoo? We’d get ripped to shreds by most PL teams.
At a club like United you don’t need not that bad. We need great defensive cover or thereabouts, from midfield.I don't think he's as bad as you seem to think.

It's weird because they could last season. Maybe they don't have the depth with UCL football?Hope we stay away from both Tonali and Bruno G, there's a reason Newcastle are so poor this season, their midfield cannot dominate games at all.
And I'm saying he has the potential to be very good whilst already good at some areas. He isn't B2B nor he is an AM either(again in my view). At a club like United you don’t need not that bad. We need great defensive cover or thereabouts, from midfield.
Just because Mainoo may be possibly be moulded into a deep lying playmaker (remains to he seen, doesn’t play there atm), he would still need a defensive powerhouse next to him. Or alternatively not a defensive powerhouse but someone like carrifk. Not Bruno ffsAnd I'm saying he has the potential to be very good whilst already good at some areas. Unless Bruno leaves and we switch to a different setup with a 3 man midfield I think he can be developed as the deep lying playmaking sort of midfielder.
I wouldn’t bet on him being a success here.I see him as a really good player, but I would be worried about his personality.
I think Bruno G- Mainoo midfield works better than Tonali-Mainoo as I think Bruno G offers more physicality to the team. It's all a bit moot anyways as we haven't even been linked to Bruno G. Let's leave it at that.Just because Mainoo may be possibly be moulded into a deep lying playmaker (remains to he seen, doesn’t play there atm), he would still need a defensive powerhouse next to him. Betting and was banned too, yea.Wasn’t he involved in some match fixing stuff in the past, or I’m getting confused here?

Betting but not match fixing.Wasn’t he involved in some match fixing stuff in the past, or I’m getting confused here?
We need a Caicedo-type midfielder in order to get the best out of Mainoo, imo.And I'm saying he has the potential to be very good whilst already good at some areas. He isn't B2B nor he is an AM either(again in my view).
