I rate both of two creative and offensive cm players really high. They are more nr.8 than nr.6. And to come down only picked one of them is really really difficult. But at this time. I think i will pick Jude Bellingham. Why? I will explained more about it below. First i will put some videos clips for comparisons. Let start with Tielemans

I doubt Dortmund would sell him this summer for anything less than 150 mill. He’s still got time on his contract and even when Sancho has just two years they really tried to fleece us.
Tielemens has like a year left on his contract right? Bellingham is the better prospect and he's much younger of course, but he's going to cost an absolute fortune, which is something we cannot afford to splurge on considering how much this squad needs to be filled in other areas. Bellingham might unfortunately be out of our reach as a player for his entire career because we just cannot compete with the likes of City to pay these prices anymore if we want to be a serious club, at least not yet, the whole squad is full of dross with bad attitudes, buying 1 really talented kid is not going to solve that and will only create even more problems for us in the future. Tielemens is the choice here.
I'd be surprised if Bellingham is looking at us thinking we're an attractive proposition, after seeing how its panned/panning out for Sancho
I'd much prefer Tielemans and a top quality DM over Bellingham. Even if it was a choice between the two it would be a tough choice. I've seen much more of Tielemans so I'd probably still favour him.

It will be exciting if he joined one of the best clubs in Europe. Than it will help his performance and the development as a football and cm player.
Potential market value: Compare to others. Like Ruben Neves and Ac Milan Kessie. I rate Tchouameni right now equal good or better than Ruben Neves. So Tchouameni can definitely reach 50 € mill market value. His current MV personally I think is around 35-40 mill euro. Because this is his first season for a top team in the French league. After playing a half season for a top team in the big 4. His market value will rise above 40 € mill.

KK is more unknown than those 3 players i compared tp him. But his current level, after watching him live many times. He is definitely on equal leve of those 3 above. The rest depend on the match and day form and the level of the opposition team and teammates.
Future prediction: Like i have said. I believe if everything progress normal. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will join a top 3-4 club in the biggest 4 league in Europe in the future. I think some bigger club than Rubin Kazan will buy him this summer. Hopefully a 3-4 club. A club that match his current football level. Due to the statistics for Russian league. He has most complete dribbling. On his best. It’s a pleasure to watch him playing. Can compare him to right foot left winger Federico Chiesa from Juventus too. Same and similar type of player.

But if you are afford to buy a more expensive left winger like Jack Grealish. 6 times higher market value and 5 years older. Then you go for him. All of those 3 are top 3-4 level. Harvey Barnes is already there with Leicester City and Szobos who just joined RB Leipzig on 2 nd place in Bundesliga. So again all those 4 players are on that level.
