Sir Alex | taken by ambulance to hospital - precautionary

just thinking that i did not notice SAF at the Arsenal game on Sunday, the camera usually always pans to him at various stages but i don't remember seeing this on Sunday. He would have loved that performance.

Nah, the cameras only pans in on him when we're losing, which to be fair has been quite often in recent years.

New interview with the great man by The Lovely Helen (bonus point). Sorry if someone put this up already but I did not see it on the forum;

Great for the academy kids to see.

Hope he's alright. From the article it sounds precautionary, which is a positive sign. Better safe than sorry, especially at his age and with his health history.

Hope he's enjoying this from his hospital room.

Hope he's well, hopefully some small issue and nothing major

Really hope he’s ok and wish him a speedy recovery. I’m sure he is enjoying watching this :)

Hope hes ok, should imagine with his age and previous health issues, its better to be safe than sorry

With the match day traffic as well, an ambulance would be able to get him to the hospital quicker rather than him be driven there

Hopefully he's out in no time after his checks and we win for him

Yes, win the game for SAF!

They say he's undergone tests as a precaution. Sounds like he will be fine. Fingers crossed he stays well.

Always have a feeling of dread whenever his thread pops up. Feel better SAF.

Honestly when I saw the title my heart sank for a split second. Hope the big man is OK, and recovers well ❤️

Danish media say that SAF was checked in an ambulance outside Old Trafford, but sent home to himself and not to the hospital.

In earlier report, club officials are confident he would be fine and recover at home. Fingers crossed.

Sir Alex is like royalty now. He's 84, so if he feels a bit unwell, you take no chances with him. He'll be having a cup of tea laughing his arse off watching the match now.

He's not fecking going anywhere until he watches us lift a PL or Champions League trophy.

I haven't heard of this custom.

It’s a good thing he wasn’t around for the second half. I wanted to go to hospital. But seriously, hope the boss is well

Watching this game would not be good for his heart. Hope he’s well, and just let him hear the result.

Maybe he had a premonition of our first 10 minutes of the second half, because I know I’d be feeling unwell and needing an ambulance after that.

Was wondering if the players heard the news because they came out second half looking dazed.

Hope he is OK. Would love him to be around when we finally get our act together and win a champions league or league title.

Hope is OK and encouraging that it was just precautionary
