My favorite 4 for a balanced quality window: Partey, Sancho, Odegaard, Haaland.
Other quality possibilities: Verratti, Camavinga, Grealish, Kante.

DDG
AWB-Bailly-Maguire-Williams
Partey-Fred
Odegaard-Sancho-Rashford
Haaland

McTominay, Bruno, Martial, Shaw, Lindelof

That's a great first team with a great bench. Unrealistic yes, but if we managed that in one window we'd 100% look better on paper than most top clubs out there. Just 4 signings away, if they are the right ones.

Odegaard for Pogba the only possible route there? Sancho, maybe if we'd be the only one able to pay 150m or so? Haaland, Ole connection + clause. Partey, might be possible with the right fee. A lot of luck to pull something like this off, unrealistic but not impossible it could happen. :wenger:

In: Sancho, Zakaria, Koulibaly, Werner

Out: Lingard, Pereira, Sanchez, Jones

That said, even in FM this would be pretty impossible. But we can dream.

Imagine getting 6 new players in one window
Think we'll probably get 3, although I think we need 5.

Thing is, I still feel we should have some of last years budget left over, along with this the summer budget and we have players to move on.
We've got such a good youth system, we've been able to promote within and beef up the squad.

When I look at the likes of Pogba, Pereira, Mata, Lingard, Matic, Rojo, Jones, Smalling, Dalot and TFM, I just feel like any of these players could move on and I wouldn't notice. I know we need a squad, so wouldn't expect to see them all go at once, but a selection of these players could easily add more money to the pot.

De Gea, Romero, Wan Bissaka, (New CB), Lindelof, Maguire, Bailly, Tuanzebe, Shaw, Williams, Fred, (New CDM), McTominay, (New CM), Bruno, Rashford, James, (New RW), Greenwood, Martial, (New Striker)
Thats 20 players, 21 if you add Grant as third choice.
With Garner, Laird and potentially Chong and Gomes if they sign new contracts, knocking at the door.
I also think Mejbri may have a breakout season in the u23s next year and could be getting a few games on the bench.

So we should have money to spend, and lots of it.
Sancho, Grealish, Partey or Ndidi, a CB and ST

The midfield seems weak with Fred & Matic as the only option on bench, as Periera and Lingard will be thrown out of the door next season.
I would like to go for a CDM instead of Koulibay in case Pogba leaves. 80m for 29 yr old CB seems very high. We can sign CDM like Partey for 50m and buy a decent CB for 40m (if needed)

I think we should forget about CB and LB for now so that leaves 4 signings. Those 4 signings should be RW DM ST and AM(for depth)

Get Sancho, Phillips Jimenez and Buendia

--------------------------De Gea---------------------------

-AWB-------Lindelof------Maguire---------Shaw

-----------------Fred------------Phillips---------------

--Sancho------------Bruno-------------Rashford--

------------------------Jimenez------------------------

Bench - Romero, Shaw, Tuanzebe, McTominay, Buendia, Martial, James(or Greenwood)

Sure but there's not many top class CDM available in the market at the moment. I'd rather go with Mctominay, although he is more suit to box to box type.

Upamecano - Finally chuckle brothers replaced
Telles - attacking, left-footed LB scoring goals for fun
Partey - Matic replacement we need badly, daylight robbery release clause
Grealish - I want Villa in the PL, but I'd rather have this guy on the cheap
Sancho - The biggest splash, hoping he won't come only for the cash
Ighalo until Håland comes? (I jumped off the Werner train once he started flirting with Liverpool)

Rashford Martial Sancho
Grealish
Bruno
Partey
Telles
Maguire Upamecano AWB
