He’s young, he probably believes it. I suspect deep down every player wants to challenge for titles but I think the Spurs ownership want to avoid another relegation fight at all costs. A top six finish and they could sell it.

I think Liverpool could really struggle. They had so much weakness in defence last year. Now Konate is gone (he was poor anyway) and VDV is a year older.
I think City and Arsenal are nailed on (although that Pep factor is gone). Chelsea and us should be but I do worry we’ve not attacked the market.
Probably Villa and one other. Villa need better than Gernacho though.
They've got no European football, same as Chelsea, while all the others do. I could see both Spurs and Chelsea have a decent league season. I find it hard to predict United's season, too much bias and we've generally been hard to predict. Anywhere from 7th-1st (I'm not expecting a top 2, or even top 3 finish). I think Spurs over Villa is not unrealistic, depends on whether De Zerbi can hold himself in check and what they do with their forward line, but they're not looking bad after those signings they've made, and Villa have Onana injured and Tielemans and Rogers gone and Watkins a year older. It's not looking amazing is it?
Gakpo and Savinho being their top 2 attacking targets is a bit .... meh.

Tonalli, Bruno as CMs, Madisson as a 10 and Osimhen as out and out Striker isnt a bad team really. They have probably reinforced their back 4 and they had Porro also (and Spence who is a good versatile player).
They seem to be making the right moves to go back to top 6. if not challenge for top 4. Newcastle will remain mid table, Bournemouth and Sunderland probably drop this year and not sure how i feel about Aston Villa. Arsenal, Shiteh, UTD, and Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool are probably locked for top 6.

Bournemouth will get better, they've kept their squad intact. See no reason why Villa will get worse either, one of the few PL teams that have a settled Manager.
I see next season as a lottery. So many clubs have new Managers that anything could really happen. Top 6 will be as tight as normal and the lack of European football will help Tottenham and Chelsea. We will probably struggle to adjust.
The big issue I have with Tottenham is they simply cannot keep their squad fit. They break down and have an injury crisis which results in their form dropping off a cliff.
