Stretford End today

Why are you sat in safe standing? Get out!!

Yeah I love it too.

Even Hurzler commented on the atmosphere being very loud. Fantastic.

I have to remind myself at times though that on the Caf the match going fans are to blame for everything.
To balance it out, i was on tier 2 stretford end yesterday, was standing in the sit down bit

The atmosphere is consistently now the best it's been since the late 90s.

Fair play to all those involved. It's taken a lot of effort and time and dealing with a club that really didnt/doesn't understand what a good atmosphere actually is.

Next step is getting the club to commit to no further ticket price increases.
This season it has certainly cranked up, I think the increase in standing sections has helped but I think there's been a realisation from fans (in other stands away from the Stretty) that they need to do their bit and get behind the players.

I really wanted a strong atmosphere yesterday because I knew the players would react, which would help build momentum towards a win and we delivered.

I think the ref actually helped in this regard, his dire performance riled up the fans and players together.

Loved the banners. Not many grounds do it, I think only OT and Anfield, although I think Palace have a European style ultras banner at the front of one of their ends.

I read somewhere that the international suite is open at half time for all fans, can anyone confirm?

Meanwhile over at Arsenal...

Light shows and fans shouting the goal scorers name. Inspired

I think the Old Trafford atmosphere is really good at the moment. So glad the club haven't had to resort to this sort of plastic shit and have the manager begging fans to make some noise. TRA deserve a lot of credit for the work they've put in.

Doesn’t help when the team only looks like scoring when they win a corner or a free kick. The sound then is natural and non plastic!

I’ve never been in a proper stadium, does a large banner not block the other people behind it?

They take them down before the game starts. Obviously you can't block someone's view during the match.

Fair play to them. Even watching on TV you can tell the atmosphere's been much improved at home and the players feed off it.
