The All time Auction Draft
Peak: For this draft players shall be judged on a strict consecutive three season period peak. In every match thread write-up the three years has to be defined next to the players names and only footage and discussion on this period has any value to the players abilities.
You are free to change peak between matches and in matches as tactical changes which will be updated as such in the match thread. I.e exactly like substitutes and tactical changes before.
If a player changed position during his peak like Scholes or their playing style/attributes like Giggs, then be aware of the fact that they will be judged on a three year peak - rather than on one fantastic year.
The Auction:
Every team will have a transfer budget of 300 millions and they should have a minimum of 11 players at the end of the auction. You are never allowed to have bids that exceeds your 300 millions even if it is completely unlikely that you pick up the players you bid for.
Drafting will be stopped and reset best possible if someone makes invalid bids and they will be punished by losing 5 millions of their funds.
If you make an invalid bid and instantly pause the draft and correct it before anybody bids further - then you will not be punished with 5 millions. In the last auctions we had more than a few problems with this, so please double and triple check before bidding.
There will only be one round, so managers can make bids on any new players they want to at any given time.
The deadline for a bid is 12 hours since the last valid bid on the player.
The minimum starting bid will be 10 millions, the minimum raise is set to 2 millions. After 6 hours the minimum raise increases to 6 millions. After 8 hours the minimum bid raise is 8 millions and after 10 hours the minimum bid raise is 10 millions.
Draft Spirit:
Previous Auction drafts has had issues with people having an advantage from not bidding on the players they want in order to get them later when people have spent too much. Therefore the Spirit of the draft is that you should actively engage in bidding, both fake bid raising and trying to get your players.
If someone is deemed to play too passively, the admin can force you to make X amount of bids.
There are plenty of ways to be active in this draft without having to necessarily go for the players you want in your own team.
Reinforcements: Every team will be awarded with their left-over funds from the previous round and 50 millions for every reinforcement round.
The minimum bid in the reinforcements will be 20 millions which means you can only sign two players hopefully. In the last round only one reinforcement will be allowed which means the finalist with more money left goes first in a snake draft.
Votes: Every team are allowed to vote one time in the opponents matches, meaning if you have two assistants you can't vote three times. Managers votes counts for one just like the rest.
