Yeah, but they were in better teams than United ... Wolves and BrentfordThey both literally outscored Bruno in g/a last season.

In 2 seasons time will you still think the same or will you think. Should have taken £100m plus when we had the chance.I'm glad he's staying.
I think the club dud the right thing in letting him decide, probably the only player we have that deserves that courtesy.
Looking forward to seeing him again next season. Signing some better attacking players might take the pressure off him a bit.
I'll only know with hindsight I suppose. In 2 seasons time will you still think the same or will you think. Should have taken £100m plus when we had the chance.
Where's he supposed to play?Watch Amorim completely destroy Bruno’s legacy by playing him in midfield getting sacked along the way.
Jesus dude have a day offWatch Amorim completely destroy Bruno’s legacy by playing him in midfield getting sacked along the way.

Further forward behind the striker, with two more defensively astute midfielders.Where's he supposed to play?
Not happening, with Cunha and Mbeumo signing.Further forward behind the striker, with two more defensively astute midfielders.
Therefore my first worry and remark. The planning is crap. Not happening, with Cunha and Mbeumo signing.
He played there a couple of times and did quite alright. Problem is who he partners with and what the other's around him do.Watch Amorim completely destroy Bruno’s legacy by playing him in midfield getting sacked along the way.
Against opponents who run more than us and play high because they know we give the ball away in 3 seconds it showed that playing with 2 defensive midfielders is not a good idea.Further forward behind the striker, with two more defensively astute midfielders.

It’s a strange one because it’s premier league players but it’s total goals. So somebody coming in to the league at their peak is judged against players making their debuts as teenagers onwards eg Scholes, Lampard, Gerrard.Le Tiss has a similar amount of penos to Bruno (25 vs 23) in those totals but played for Soton. Quite amazing.
More amazing is Scholes has a grand total of 1 PL penalty in that total.
Lampard has 43![]()
I think these kind of moments go under the radar as to what makes a good captain. Giving Mbuemo some protection as a bunch of blokes run onto the pitch, get close to their face and intimidate them. Sounds basic but so many other captains wouldn't be straight over there.
