Rules are simple, Put in your prediction, views, bets, etc that you're willing to risk being dug out in later years! It could go both ways, you could be labeled as the next footballdamus or the Muppet king.

Welbeck, Campbell and Gibson will not make the grade. They'll slowly fade into lower-PL football, like Richardson, Eagles and the like.

If we're not talking exclusively about United - Liverpool will not win the league within 5 years. I made the same prediction about five years ago and I was laughed at.

Ferguson to be cryogenically frozen and brought back once science finds a way of repairing and rejuvenating him.

Some lads I used to play in a football team with. They were a mixture of Liverpool, United and Everton supporters. Even the United and Everton lads laughed at the prediction.

Florentina will win the UEFA cup this year and Serie A in the next three years.

If he signs for the right club, Marek Hamsik will win the Ballon d'Or within five years.

Sir Alex Ferguson will be proved right again, and again, and again...

Manchester United well struggle to find VDS' replacement, much like we did with Peter...ie, neither PIG nor Foster well make it

Real Madrid well hire Scolari in the hope of persuading Ronaldo to join Madrid

Goggs and Giggs well make the same amount of appearances next year

Benzema well leave Lyon and fail to hit the ground running at whatever club he goes to

This year's Champions League final well pit Man Utd against Barcelona

Man Utd well scored more then 1 goal in their next game, they well win 2-0

We may have to spend big to secure the right man. We've never really had to spend big on a keeper before, but I think clubs have wised up to the fact that the keeper is the most important position on the field, and I'm not sure whether Foster or Kuschack will cut it. I would have no problem if we were to spend £15mil + if it means we'll be signing a world class keeper.

I hope not, he'll still have number 19 to chase. :D

Number 19, then he can retire in the knowledge that he's well and truly knocked them off their fecking perch.

Ferguson will still be Manchester United manager come the start of the next season.

I wouldn't consider that much of a prediction though.

Tottenham + Newcastle will be relegated within 3 years, but not necessarily in the same year.

MK Dons will be promoted to the premier league within 6 years.

Roman Abramovich will leave Chelsea within 3 years, announcing that they have 18 months to pay back their debt, and will be relegated to league 1 within 10 years, with uncontrollable debt. Ken Bates will buy them back for £1 because that's all that the club's worth.

David Beckham will retire from football after the World Cup 2010, and if England didn't qualify, then.

Peter Kenyon will suffer a Ridsdale-esque fall from grace once Abramovich leaves Chelsea. Fail to keep control of the the finances, fiddle the books, and be put away for fraud within 6 years
