Always liked the look of Summerville at West Ham who could be available if West Ham go down, a completely different type of left sided player to Cunha.
There's certainly no harm in at least enquiringAlways liked the look of Summerville at West Ham who could be available if West Ham go down, a completely different type of left sided player to Cunha.
Wouldn't want it affecting midfield rebuild though and an attacking full back which I still feel is importantSurely Rogers has to be the stick out option given his level and Villa's need to sell? If we could send Mount in the opposite direction at the same time, even better!
Yeah we really want that toxicity in dressing roomWorth keeping an eye on Vini Jr, how things unfold when they hire the next manager.
What level is that a technically suspect player with good scoring record aided by some worldies which exactly isn't sustainable in the long run don't we have enough of them already , how about getting few attackers who would help up dominate in final third by keeping the ball and unlocking the stubborn deep defenses instead of just relying on transition and counter attacking football to create any meaningful chances .Surely Rogers has to be the stick out option given his level and Villa's need to sell? Yeah could be one to watch over the summerI'd go with Mateus Mane. He'll be available for £30-40m, has plenty of pace and has plenty of skills to work with.

Oh there is no doubt he's exceptional talent, however no way INEOS are breaking that wage structureI'm not saying he's Juan Mata, but I don't remember him being toxic towards his teammates, they absolutely love him. The only incident I can remember was when he disrespected Xabi Alonso when he was subbed, but that's a result of a lot of frustration, which happened AFTER Mbappe joined and Xabi was not able to get the best out of them. Unless I've missed something about his dressing room incidences.
Top 3 wingers in the world that lad.

Whoever picks him up, will get themselves a bargain.Yeah could be one to watch over the summer
He is but not many players can say they've had a full season in the PL at the age of 18 and held their own. He's just so incredibly raw. He gives the ball away a lot. I don't see him as being ready to be second-choice on the LW at United, the drop-off when he's in the team will be huge.
Yeah if we can sell a few maybe can come back to it later on in the window after midfield and LB/CBWhoever picks him up, will get themselves a bargain.

For £30-40m, he'd be ideal for the early rounds of cup games and then bringing on against tired legs.
He's very clever in the way he uses his body, can receive the ball on the half turn and drive forward with his pace.
He will be the epitome of the signings everyone wishes we make, who typically go to Brighton/Bournemouth have a solid season and then double their value.
Same but in tweet form:A Bola claims that United want to bring in Lyon winger Afonso Moreira. The 21-year-old has impressed in Ligue 1 with eight goals and 11 assists in 35 games and could be available for as little as €25 million.

Stats are pretty good. He looks very fast. Any Ligue 1 watchers to comment? Seems like he was playing in the third division in Portugal last year!

Dembele is a decent comparison to be fair. I'm not sure Leao would ever put in the graft Dembele does now, but I agree he'd be a worthwhile gamble at that sort of price. We shouldn't break the bank for him, but he is completely unique in profile to what we have. I likened him to Arnautovic, but he could obviously go higher with his talent - as could have Arnautovic.I know many are against Leao due to consistency question marks, but at the prices being quoted - I wouldn’t dismiss him entirely. What I do know about Leao is that he certainly has a ceiling that is above our other options. His ‘on his day’ level is special, and the winger market is such where any team who wants to get a truly elite option will need to speculate and pick up a Cat C. There are no sure things that are available, and there is probably a big Mbeumo market where you would end up spending 60-80m on another good but not that good player. Players like Anthony Gordon. We have enough of that in the forward areas.
I liken Leao’s situation to Paris speculating on Dembele. His stock was not particularly high at the time. But he had shown, at times in his career - that he at least had the level in him. Circumstance had made him available at an affordable price and they went and got themselves an elite forward. I’m by no means saying Leao is a guarantee, but at 25 years old at £45m - it could be extremely smart business as it does at least have the potential to pay off. And it paying off means you get a £100m+ player, as opposed to buying more players who even at their best, simply do not have that in them.
That's my issue with Leao. Look at the four semi finalists for CL. What they all have in common is the workrate off the ball from everyone. You can't carry players especially at later stages of CL. Can you convince Leao to do the off the ball graft? Some players just won't do it. Enrique couldnt get Mbappe to do it.Dembele is a decent comparison to be fair. That's a fair point. I would say Leao doesn't have to be the starter though. Cunha grafts hard, as does Dorgu and then you have the ability from the bench. Cunha was coming off the bench and affecting games when Dorgus started. I think if we got even just a little bit more out of him defensively, it could be worth it.That's my issue with Leao. I hope so, he's another Sancho/Antony mistake waiting to happen.unless we make some big sales we won't have the funds for someone like Leao considering how much he'd cost given our need to bring in 2-3 CM's
I personally don't think he's worth the risk/reward with all of the pressure that comes with playing for United. He can be absolutely brilliant...just as much as he can disappear for weeks on end. Add to that he will not defend...like at all.
He's turning 27 in June, not 25. Feels like he's only gone backwards in his career. Just feel like he would've stepped up by now if he had it in him, but he can't even consistently get 10 league goals for Milan every season which is really weak.I know many are against Leao due to consistency question marks, but at the prices being quoted - I wouldn’t dismiss him entirely. Because we also have Lacey playing for first team next season. So we are well stocked on right wing.I’m generally curious why is the left wing getting preferred over right wing. Cunha and Dorgu are better than Diallo and Mbuembo in my opinion. If it was me I’d prefer a right winger
Lacey is no where near ready or he’d be getting more game timeBecause we also have Lacey playing for first team next season. So we are well stocked on right wing.
