Can see Rashford back at villa now they've recouped loads of money and are looking for a player in LW and ST which are both positions he can cover
Late in their career? Turned 26 about a week ago! There is so much scope to improve the team already without doing the usual dance with RM and getting a player with a high ceiling but late in their career and not wanting to turn in on on rainy nights in the most competitive league.
It's the usual internal power play for money or playing time at madrid. I'm sure he'd prefer an easy life against the fodder in spain.
There was already talk of PSG wanting north of £100m for Barcola and I don't think the Rogers transfer to Chelsea would've done anything to dampen PSG's resolve in holding out for that. I don't think he's worth that kind of money, but even if he was, it seems as though Arsenal and Liverpool are in for him anyway and I doubt we'd be able to gazump both of them.I think I would possibly take the gamble on Barcola depending on price.
It would be a gamble of course but honestly feel like there is something there, where he could be special maybe. Flip side of that he is quite unpredictable so as much as he does brilliant things he could also be an absolute miss.
Just feel like maybe given the opportunity he might thrive.

The price won't be anything close to what we're willing to pay unfortunately.I think I would possibly take the gamble on Barcola depending on price.

Would snap him off their hands. Class player, feel like he's very underrated. Him and Amad on either wing would be a nightmare for defenders.Mbaye of PSG is on the market. If we are not in the line of clamour for a talent like him. We are not serious
Indeed. Imagine him, Amad and JJ Gabriel in our attack with fullfiled potential....Feeding a fullfilled Sesko...talk of sweet day dreamsThe price won't be anything close to what we're willing to pay unfortunately.

Oh man, the possibilities. Fifa Career mode squadIndeed. Imagine him, Amad and JJ Gabriel in our attack with fullfiled potential....Feeding a fullfilled Sesko...talk of sweet day dreams![]()

1 goal and 1 assist. Would he really be a great addition? How come no mention of Kevin from fulham, wide player who can cross and dribble, would be a great addition.
I would imagine Thompson will be in and around the first team, with Rashford staying at this point.
It's a good set of options, not great, but it is what it is. I just think everyone is trying to sort themselves out from a FFP/Sustainability rules perspective and adding a massive wage in Rashford is the last thing they want to do.Makes sense. Apprenticeship under Rashford for as long as he’s here then see how he’s developing
We got our left winger.
Rashford has been punished for coming late before, he didn’t exactly have the best attitude in comparison to Casemiro when he was dropped by Amorim, and he sometimes going to another country in the middle of season.Makes sense. Apprenticeship under Rashford for as long as he’s here then see how he’s developing
Let’s not ruin his careerMakes sense. Apprenticeship under Rashford for as long as he’s here then see how he’s developing
No way should rashford be a role model for any young player. Shudder the thought. Learning from Cunha, Bruno, Mbeumo etc will be much better for his career.Makes sense. Apprenticeship under Rashford for as long as he’s here then see how he’s developing
Why? He knows full well what he could have been and let's not forget, he's had a better career than most players. Most people's gripes with Rashford is how much he gets paid, what he could have been, the odd piss up and tardiness. No way should rashford be a role model for any young player. Shudder the thought. I think you can get the same effect by saying, you're not first choice, maybe even second, you can try and earn your spot back - but you'll have to work hard.We probably bought a cheap left winger because we can't sell Rashford. No1s gna pay Rashford's 350k per week wages, especially seeing as we qualified for the Champions League.
This guy could be cover for Cunha and with JJ Gabriel sure to be a top player for left wing in a couple of seasons, those in charge are probably not wanting to now sign an expensive winger.
Rashford can only be afforded by a handful of clubs worldwide and I don't see him being interested in a money move to Saudi at this age either.
Rashford's going to feck us up regardless of whether he plays or not. I hope we don't use him in preseason and make him train with the reserves. There's going to only be one way to force him out of the club and that's threaten to not play him at all. Only then might he agree to leaving and accepting lower wages elsewhere, and also get some game time.
Let’s not ruin his career
I love how Rashford has become such a pantomime villain. It’s becoming deranged.
As opposed to goats who sturbbornly cling to the belief Rashford at United is salvagable after ample evidence to the contrary.Too many sheeps around. Indicative of today's society.

what about the cows who are ambivalent about Rashford? mooooAs opposed to goats who sturbbornly cling to the belief Rashford at United is salvagable after ample evidence to the contrary.
At some point you have to consider it insanity doing the same thing over and over with the same player. Players like Rashford and Shaw should have been sold/replaced/released seasons ago now.I think you can get the same effect by saying, you're not first choice, maybe even second, you can try and earn your spot back - but you'll have to work hard.
He can chose to do what he wants with that. If you try and strong arm him, he'll just wait out his contract most likely. At least if you leave the door slightly ajar, he leaves amicably or might be useful. I don't think going nuclear is a good move when he's on the money he is.

We just signed a up and coming left winger today, who's been told he will be treated like aden heaven and be involved in the first team.At some point you have to consider it insanity doing the same thing over and over with the same player. The only way to get Rashford's attention these days is to risk his brand and chances of playing for England.
If we did that there's a chance we can sign an established or up and coming left winger. The spurs signing isn't one that's going to have a big enough impact this season whether Rashford stays or goes.
Freezing people out hasn't worked either. He at least has some quality, just his wage doesn't match his quality, unfortunately. At some point you have to consider it insanity doing the same thing over and over with the same player. Maybe Rashford can learn from him.Let’s not ruin his career
