He has 2 subs which you would bring on/start sometimes. Ones a fecking donkey (fred) and the other is an 18 year old which yeh is going to be great but isn’t yet, wtf he supposed to do?
- Don't hoard every single midfielder you have onto the pitch. So many CMs/CAMs out there.
- Don't shift Bruno to the wing every game. He doesn't stretch play or provide width. He's not a winger. If making whatever change means Bruno goes out wide, just don't make that change.
- Pellistri showed more in his cameo last week than probably any other RW has done all season. Why isn't he getting any minutes at all? Can't keep complaining about lack of decent options when fringe players who come on and show promising signs are then banished straight away.

After the changes it looked like this at times:

Eriksen - Casemiro
Bruno - McT - Garnacho
Rashford

What is even this? All they had to do was double down on Garnacho and we'd have zero attacking threat because the rest of the set up was so bad. And then Fred comes on for Eriksen to further reduce the little attacking intent we had left.

I'm not upset that Casemiro played the full game. Once you've decided he's starting you can't sub him off at 0-1. So that's fair enough. What I don't like however is how one of the best no. 10s in Europe game after game is moved to the wing, either from the start or during the game. Not only is he totally ineffective there but you're also putting him there to accommodate for someone way worse in his #10 position. It just doesn't make any sense.

Knowing Ten Hag he'll learn from this but McTominay for Weghorst tonight was a mind-boggler. What was the thinking behind playing him so further forward? Surely if he just wanted to sure up our midfield he could have just tweaked the formation a bit and play him at a more familiar position?

Not getting Fred on the pitch with such a lightweight and non-aggressive midfield pair of Bruno / Eriksen is really poor form, what is he thinking

Classic manager's arrogance, Eriksen has been awful in most away games and he keeps playing him and not subbing him till it is too late.

Eriksen/McTom for Fred, Antony for Garnacho. And possibly Malacia for Shaw. This isn't difficult Erik.

Does he not see that Eriksen is dead on his feet? Complete liability at the moment and just refuses to sub him.

Erik watching Arsenal dominating every facet of play and not making any further adjustments or subs is like that meme where the building is on fire and yer man is at the table drinking tea and saying "This is fine"

This is on ETH. Should have brought on Garnacho at an hour. Should have at least tried to put pressure on Arsenal.

He's fecked up twice this week. Deserves criticism. I'm baffled by how bad his in game management is.

There goal was coming for 15 minutes, and he's hung them out to dry. We just needed some threat to keep Arsenal honest, but he's fecked them.
