Ole will need 30 more years to sort out his game plan, be patient.
Agreed on all pointsYup
At the end there Ole looked really unhappy, like a man devoid of ideas.
Personaly I think his tenure has been good so far, he's done so many things right, but since the start of the season it's been going downhill. Looks like he's taken us as far as he can.
I hope he resigns rather than gets sacked, to preserve his status as a legend and keep the goodwill.
Also (whisper it), but i think signing Ronaldo has unsettled the dressing room and Ole is no longer "the boss". We'll need a manger big enough to keep the egos in check.
Every fecking game they turn up like they've just been woken up and dragged out of bed unexpectedly.
This 100%. I just dont think he commands respect the way ferguson could. Ferguson once said he was really impressed with how Marcello Lippi conducted himself. How when he spoke, people around would listen. I dont think Ole commands the same respect.Yup

Not before top 4 is gone. I think he'll still be here next season. He will be gone soon.
Christmas in Norway.
Its not about Ole. The question of players putting in an effort is completely outside the question of who manages the club.Yeh.. Ole needs more time to get his own players in.
He is right. It's an honest appraisal.Tweet

Bro, what do we need to change!? You. Are. The manager!
A lot of something needs to change, we don't know how to fix things, we've been like this for too long.
Oh, wasn't even thinking about what Ole said, which is similar to always. But what Pogba said was hardly subtle. Pretty much confessing to having problems and we have no leadership addressing those problems.Bro, what do we need to change!? You. Are. The manager!
Absolutely agreed.Yup

You don't have to justify your OP, millions of people have lost faith in Ole months ago.To give context of where I’m at; I’ve been very much give him a chance, he’s done a lot of good things rebuilding this squad, his away record and getting more goals, amongst other things.
but, I just don’t see any way for him to get more out of this group. I think we need a new coach with fresh ideas to give some spark. I just hope it’s not someone who will be a complete contrast to the squad Ole built. The bones of success are there, they just need stirred from a slumber
Its hilarious that he's the one talking about stupid mistakes and immature play.Tweet

Given our very tough fixture over coming months, maybe that will speed up his resignation. Not before top 4 is gone. I think he'll still be here next season.
Three and half seasons and we don't know what the problem is. Seems like something you'd need a manager for.Tweet

Agree. His lack of edge is a problem. This 100%. I just dont think he commands respect the way ferguson could. Ferguson once said he was really impressed with how Marcello Lippi conducted himself. How when he spoke, people around would listen. I dont think Ole commands the same respect.
Yeh surely he does contribute his part to our mistakes/immature play, but in fact the whole team does plays a part too, so in the end it has to be coaching problems. Its hilarious that he's the one talking about stupid mistakes and immature play.
Yep! But he's right in his assessment. I think we are all beginning to come around to realising Ole has taken his management with United as far as he can but he has no higher few gears. I had my official Ole out moment after Young Boys. It was just so evident to me that Ole literally crumbles once something doesn't go according to his plans. A man sent off and we absolutely fell apart. You could see in games after that that the team just weren't at the races and today is yet another example.Jeez the mods are even starting threads like this
If we beat Atlanta and Liverpool, all will be rosey in terms of squad unity and faith in the manager. It won’t make Ole a better manager, that’s a different issue. Thread says he’s lost the players; I’m saying it could be true or on the edge of being true but wins will make it less true (or less likely to be true).Yea i have to agree. We could get results against Atlanta and Liverpool, but in the long run we are only going to drop points and not win anything this season. I think he has to go. It has been three years without a style of play implemented so its not going to happen in the future.
Who would you replace him with though? I would go Conte.
Well it’s not everyone who feels like him. They just hate everything about Ole and don’t rate anything he has done. You don't have to justify your OP, millions of people have lost faith in Ole months ago.
Being bad.Our defense is bad. Our Midfield is bad. Our attack is bad. Our team spirit is bad. Our style of play is bad.
What are we actually good at?
Many players are exposed or not used fully, Pogba is one of the them but it also applies to Bruno, last season we had that issue with Maguire until something was changed. Strangely enough it seems to be true every seasons. One thing that I suspect is that the coaching staff is tactically knowledgeable but our players are an afterthought, they don't initially tailor the organization to our player's qualities and flaws and we don't play as a team.Yeh surely he does contribute his part to our mistakes/immature play, but in fact the whole team does plays a part too, so in the end it has to be coaching problems.
Well at least this was attacking football and Ronaldo would have scored 6-7 goals against Fulham with so many crosses in the box.David Moyes should have been sacked the moment he went on live TV after drawing with Fulham, boasting about our 44 crosses in that game.
I will be honest I don't understand the context of the first sentence, sorry.Well it’s not everyone who feels like him. They just hate everything about Ole and don’t rate anything he has done.
@golden_blunder got this right imo. It’s time to move on. This group of players need something else to get to the next level.
sick and tired of seeing Solskjaer smiling in interviews after bad results. I know he has a way about him but show some fury mate. show the fans you absolutely will not stand for terrible performances like this. its just awful

I think we are a month of bad results away from the action of sacking him. And even then, availability of alternatives will come into it, I should think.Does anyone know what level of success the club expect from Ole this season? Challenging for the title, at least CL QF and perhaps a domestic cup? At the start of the season I remember Ole saying a title challenge, if so I hope the club very quickly get real and take action.
