i did indeed like the outcome :D
would have liked serra to make him tap.. but that shonie is a slippery one... at least he won all the same

I'm still surprised that Shonie was able to hit him the spinning backfist. Serra knew he was going to do it and didn't really have a way to stop it. You figure after 6 years or so, he would have come up with something..

that's true... he got him again cos he changed the set up for it...
no matter how much of a dick shonie is , he's actually a good fighter...

that drago was totally dominated in his semi final fight...
i expected him to put up more of a fight on his feet to avoid getting taken down really

i think he was taken down at will cos he was too worried about being taken down... it made him very tense and immobile... and on the ground he seemed very tense too

I want to see GSP beat the living hell out of Hughes ...the cocky cnut.

Pretty Boy Franklin got killed the last PPV, now it's Hughes' turn.

BTW in case none of you know... Bisping is out of the TUF 4 Finale night.... Visa issues apparently, something smells extremely fishy...

Apparently gonna be fighting in December - most prob on PPV I reckon.

Never really did any damage to Lytle. He kept shooting for a double leg takedown and Lytle would block it. Didn't really do anything, didn't control the fight. I'm still kind of confused as to how someone could have given him the fight.

Yeah, was delighted when I heard this morning about St Pierre, shame I couldn't watch the thing but sounds like he really schooled that cnut Hughes, apparently he was getting the shit beaten out of him by the end of the first round but the bell came to the rescue, otherwise it would've finished then

ok... i saw the fight last night..

GSP was phenomenal... he kicked hughes arse the whole fight then knocked him out with a shin kick to the head!!
fukin hell... he totally dominated hughes... who himself has been totally dominant in his division

i thought hughes took the beat down rather well though

Not a problem...I have watched it about 7 times by now....I still laught when I see GSP connect with the kick to the head. :lol:

Great fights. One or two seemed controversial, just from the fact that people who were getting beaten suddenly came back with shock victories. GSP was phenomenal, have never seen anyone deliver a consumate ass kicking like that.

Recorded the ppv on my HDTV digital box...worth every penny as you can pause and rewind it...never going to the pub again for this type of thing.

I laughed when Hughes said after the fact he didn't realize that it was a kick which knocked him out.

GSP looked unbelievable.

2 legends slaughtered in the last 2 PPV's.

if that's the case , i hope he knocks out sylvia too... i don't like that guy... he seems like a nasty bastard... i know about ring personas etc but his is a spitefull one... he was saying he loves to knock people out cos that means he has taken away 10 or 15 seconds of their life that they will never get back and he likes to have that power...??
