Khabib is going to jump out of the ring again, isn't he?
He gonna attack Eddie Bravo this time haha. Definitely Tony got under his skin.

I trust El Cucuy when he said he won't gonna let him jump out of the cage though.

I can see Khabib all bloodied up, waking up from a nap in the middle of the octagon. "what happened??" Ref: "Tony D'arced you out, buddy".

Can't see any more UFC events taking place for some time. The latest bizarre reason why Tony v Khabib gets cancelled yet again.

Surely they can do it at the performance centre? It's still a big fight and they make the most money off the PPVs over the crowd being there (and any potential crowd would order than PPV anyway.)

It would be rather pointless to fight without a live audience. Would suck all the life out of the event and make it rather uninspiring for PPV audiences.

Possibly, they're doing it this weekend though and they are a business and it's their biggest fight they have on. For what it's worth I don't think they should fight and all sporting events should be postponed but I think they'll try find ways round it.

The MMA gods are determined to not let this happen. They've shown this time they will go to any lengths! If this fight were to happen maybe the amount of excitement would end the universe or something.

Dana White just said the event in Brazil will be no audience.
Probably gonna be the same for the following events too.

UFC makes most of their money from their ESPN deal so they can afford it.

I personally like the empty arenas fights. We can hear the action better.

Why Dana White cares so much about having more money ? He already is a billionaire. Can't quite pick the brain of a selfish money driven guy like him.

I mean, he doesn't seem to get actual pleasure from covering and watching fights

He seems happier when he talks about the PPVS and ESPN money
He picked the Weili-Joanna fight as the one to watch and also declared the Adesanya-Romero fight boring when his commentary team had spent 25 minutes trying to hype it up as a tactic battle.

He is a shill but a fan at the same time. Helps that he has a gambling addiction.

I dunno I've seen plenty of clips of him at ringside reacting to knock outs. I think he likes a certain type of fight (he prefers striking action to wrestling and grappling essentially) buy I think it's a bit of a disservice to say he doesn't get pleasure from it he does seem to really enjoy the sport.

It's his job to talk about money in fairness he has to do it every press conference it's pretty standard promoting that.

I think it'll he interesting when he leaves, he's a dick essentially but he's a good character to have a round and can be funny as feck at times I think the company would miss him unless they get another big personality in. It would suffer if they just got a normal boring executive, Dana is probably the 3rd or 4th most famous person in the company!

I love Dana White. In what other industry would this happen:

Journo: So you're letting the fight go ahead, are you not concerned about spreading the virus?

Dana: Shut up you moron. Next question please.

Sure. I don't think he will leave anytime soon, but Bjorn Rebney is always available!

Good fight between Walker and Krylov. Think Krykov will knock him out.

So it turns out Walker is pretty terrible. Funny how so many thought he'd be a threat to Jones.

Dana in shambles, Khabib and Tony more than likely off and this is the last event for a while it would seem.

Helwani seems to think that the London event will go on ahead. No chance.

Agree mate, I think they are all done. Nevada has suspended all combat events so the Apex is off limits now too meaning Khabib and Tony is probably off unless they find a sketchy place to do it. If the Premier League is done then I can't see the UK agreeing to a UFC event. It's a horrible thing too because I worry about so many fighters because if they don't fight then they don't get paid and there's very few that can afford that. Conor most certainly can and a handful of others but outside of that many of them are screwed if they are without the chance to fight.

Absolutely. Hopefully the ufc see them through. Bellator paid the full purse for fighters yesterday which is great to see.
