CNN segment on AC360 mentioning that cuntstick out there releasing a statement about trusting Russian intelligence over the American agencies (again), just as Biden is on his way to a summit. That's some treasonous bullshit if so and yet the Trumplicans go silent, or applaud. I cannot find anything about it online.

An interesting list to deconstruct to see how Trump and his ilk win over sections of the population. Many of these have been reported on recently and while the actual truth is hardly "proof Trump was right", they also aren't definitively proof he was entirely wrong either (study on hydroxychloroquine, the ambiguity over potential lab origin, the intelligence analyst saying Russian bounties were unlikely, and the nuanced report on the clearing of Lafayette square claiming to not be exclusively for a photo-op). But then he weaves in his propaganda in a slimy subtle (for Trump) way by including the four at the bottom where no evidence exists that he was right.

The effect of lockdowns, of course, was minimized because there was zero enforcement and Trump supports (like those in Orange County, CA) simply ignored the Gov. But even with that bullshit from Republican regions, Newsom's response was still the most effective in the entire country. It clearly would have been more effective had all the Trumpettes not ignored the mandates.

But really the important thing is that Trump was not 100% wrong and that's where he gets this leverage. People see that Trump was not 100% wrong and certain, uninformed types, use that as excuse to gravitate towards a "the media lied and just hates Trump" narrative.

It's important to understand how propaganda wielders use half-truths mixed with fantasy to shape the opinions of those that don't think for themselves. The way this is framed, it takes a lot more words and effort to dissect the lies and manipulation than it does to feed into the easy narrative frame Trump is creating.

The Dems better get their act together or this continued dedication to propaganda combined with voter suppression is still a force to be reckoned with and "demographic determinism" ain't gonna save the Dems in 2022 and 2024.

My brain can't get pregnant!

Such a beautiful, eloquent and inspirational Fathers Day message. You can see why the Republicans all claim they miss they unity that Trump provided and fought for so hard when President.

Is that real? If it is, it may be one his greatest statements ever. Starts out calling everyone losers, ends with a plea for unity

I dont want it to leave page 44 out of spite...

But seriously, when the feck does Barack or Clinton refer to themselves as 44 or 42 respectively? He's so desperately holding to that handle.
Can we just spam page 45 with this and resume on 46?

I know people who consider him up there with Jesus. Quite likely a religion will be formed once he chokes on his happy meal.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

Every day, he gets more isolated.

RINO former Attorney General Bill Barr failed to investigate election fraud, and really let down the American people. Even the scam that took place in Georgia of ballot stuffing on camera, he couldn’t see what was wrong with it. Just like he failed to understand the Horowitz report and let everyone down with respect to getting a timely investigation (where’s Durham?) on all of the corruption of the Obama-Biden Administration.

It’s people in authority like Bill Barr that allow the crazed Radical Left to succeed. He and other RINOs in the Republican Party are being used in order to try to convince people that the election was legitimate when so many incredible facts have now come out to show conclusively that it wasn’t.

He came in with a semi-bang and went out with a whimper. Earlier in his term Bill Barr went ballistic on CNN with Wolf Blitzer warning Democrats were changing election rules to flood the system with mail-in ballots that “as a matter of logic” are “very open to fraud.” They are, and Bill Barr did nothing about it.

If there was no fraud, why are Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and other States spending so much time and effort on exposing the fraud? We already know that:

-101,789 “obsolete” voters on the rolls in Georgia, including 18,486 dead people
-Ballot batches off by up to 17.5 percent in Maricopa County, Arizona
-“Massive” chain of custody problems with drop boxes in Georgia, missing hundreds of thousands of records for months after the election
-Thousands of ballots “wheeled in through the back door” in Fulton County days after the election
-“Double feeding” ballots in Fulton County, Georgia
-Nearly 200,000 illegal “indefinitely confined” votes in Wisconsin that violated Voter ID law
“Cash for votes” scheme in Nevada
-Illegal alien votes
-Election law changes were not authorized by the State Legislatures, which is mandated by the U.S. Constitution

And much more!

If he felt this way, why did Barr say he was “greatly honored” and “proud to have played a role in the many successes and unprecedented achievements you have delivered for the American people” in the final letter he wrote to me? He said, “Few could have weathered these attacks, much less forge ahead with a positive program for the country.”

Now it was revealed that Barr was being pushed to tell lies about the election by Mitch McConnell, another beauty, who was worried about damaging the Republicans chances in the Georgia runoff. What really damaged the Senate Republicans was allowing their races to be rigged and stolen, and worse, the American people to no longer believe their vote matters because spineless RINOs like Bill Barr and Mitch McConnell did nothing.

Bill Barr was a disappointment in every sense of the word. Besides which, Barr, who was Attorney General (lawyer) shouldn’t be speaking about the President. Instead of doing his job, he did the opposite and told people within the Justice Department not to investigate the election. Just like he did with the Mueller report and the cover up of Crooked Hillary and RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA, they don’t want to investigate the real facts. Bill Barr’s weakness helped facilitate the cover up of the Crime of the Century, the Rigged 2020 Presidential Election!

The only reason Bill Barr was brought in was to put an end to the Mueller report and the subsequent investigations. Donald Trump probably never heard of Barr until he was mentioned a few weeks before he was hired.

And I'm all out of bubblegum.
It's funny whenever Trump says something like this, but it's also proof of just how willing the President of the US was to essentially become a fascist dictator.

American democracy is wobbling.

He was willing but was lacking the balls to lead and actually attempt something other than phone calls with officials that lead to nowhere.

If someone that wasn't a pussy had marched with the rioters to the actual capitol, it would have been very very different.

Just the fact that the protestors generally weren't armed matters a lot. If this march is combined with some sort of 2nd amendment rally, it automatically escalates. A lot of the stormers already thought they were taking part in an uprising, it wouldn't take a lot to convince them that they needed their guns for protection against the deep state traitors. And then maybe they don't just beat a police officer to death.

I mean, there were several actual armed attacks planned on state congresses in the wake of this, as if they only realized it was possible when they saw how close they got to members of Congress this time.

Yes, one of the reasons ithey weren't overwhelmingly armed was that in order to attend the presidential rally they had to pass through secrservice magnetometers. Yet there was a minority that didn't go to the rally but went straight to the capitol building, and with those they actually found some firearms.

Also, if there was overt rifle carrying by the rioters, I guess the police would have opened up with live rounds directly and it would have been a whole lot worse, even for a day that was already the worst one for the year.

Which in itself is terrifying, because there's bound to be someone who has similar intentions, but is more intelligent than Trump, and more willing to push things to the extreme.

You'd think he'd had a bit of self-awareness to know how cartoonishly foolish he looks.....but then you remember who his father is.
