Television The Propgropthrop

As a lapsed wrestling fan, it pleases me that WWE have started a WCW YouTube channel, showing full Nitro/Thunder episodes, full PPVs and full matches. I hope they have the balls to show stuff like the Flair in a mental hospital angle and basically anything from 1999 onwards.

Does AEW still have the fanbase it has a couple years back? I used to see it mentioned a lot but now everything I see is just cringe clips posted on social media

No, their viewership and live audiences have dropped noticeably.

I watched the first ever AEW ppv and it was alright. How have they fallen so much?

Think it came across tbh quite early that this would happen. A few people fell into the trap of believing they were legit competition for the WWE but it’s just really not the case and never was. Having a hot period for a few months or more doesn’t make you genuine competition to a juggernaut like the WWE.

I’m not even against AEW and would like to see them do well but they’re a million miles off at this point and I can only see it getting worst tbh.

Miz has never been fantastic. But let's give him credit, like anyone that's absolutely forced because they show insane loyalty and will do anything (Roman, Cena) - he's gone from utterly abysmal to reasonable. Kudos to the kid.

Imagine telling somebody 5 years ago, Cena would be up against Cody Rhodes in his last mania outing, and Cena was the heel challenger going in.

Brilliant idea doing some of the build up to mania in different countries

Have they done this previously?

Brilliant from both Rhodes and Cena too. Hopefully we see more of them in the ring together before mania. Was hoping they’d have a little more interaction

Wow that entire Jey Uso match and everything after it was absolutely shocking. Surely a botched finish?

WWE is so hot right now these crowds are insane

It’s been years since wrestling was this popular

They touched upon it but I hope Cena talks more about how the fans will eventually turn on Cody like they did to him. “They love you today, but for how long” would be a good heel thing to say.

Feel sorry for Austin Theory, beat John Cena at WM 2 years ago now losing to a running Crossbody by Jey Uso in 10 seconds.

That Jey Uso two mins was so bad I’d be considering letting him have the big moment at WM and then dropping the belt straight back

Jey looks sloppy. Still hope he wins the title though
