Nah it's the same as last time. You can hop back to a particular nation once so yes you can go bundesliga - austrian league - bundesliga etc.

Well, I think it's fair to assume that he performed at roughly the same level, considering that we've seen his performances for Santos against the best teams in the world.

Messi is in a bit of a downfall at the moment after 2 humiliating CL exits and Copa America fail; as always with current players, their current form influences their all-time stance, even though it shouldn't. Although somehow people forget that he scored 2 goals in the last semi-final and created multiple great chances.

If a player has played in multiple leagues, can we change the league associated to him at will as long as above criteria is met at draft/playing XI level?
