I think I appreciated the tightness of the story in season 2 - which for the most part made more sense then season 1.

Also it didn't have Bill Pullman's weird/pointless pain fetish!
Oh gosh, I forgot about that

Quite liking season 3 of this so far.
Same, watched the two EPs and it's been good

I like the way the unravelling of what the sinner did and reasons behind it is actually done over the episodes
I like the actor too (matt b)

Season 3 was quality, even if the ending was a bit of an anti-climax.

Thought season 3 was awful pretentious shit.
Made seasons 1 and 2 seem like masterpieces.

Yeah the whole ubermensch and pyshco babble. I thought Pullman's character acted completely stupidly too. This wasnt a patch on the first two series for me.

I agree completely here. I think we were supposed to believe that the chap was some sort of charismatic guru. Just felt like Pullman's character made huge errors. Felt contrived. I think this show peaked in Series 1. Series 2 was fine but Series 3 is a waste of time.

I've just binned season 3, haven't even watched it yet but going by the reviews on here and on what happened in season 2, meh.
