Bernat never rose, Fekir never rose either. I once posted about Vezo was getting games for Valencia and might end up rising. He then didn't play a game for the next few months after my post...I routinely jinx my players

Can't see it ever becoming a bone of contention anyways, for any club. The clubs with smaller squad caps are never going to need loanees, the ones with the bigger caps are unlikely to need loanees to the extent that they need to overshoot the squad cap unless they fill the team up with risers only
Yes. Although, I don't mind if they don't count. Will be helpful for me.
For the record, just checked FFP everyone is in the clear. Arsenal, Forest and Chelsea are on their Squad Cap, Manchester United have 1 space free while everyone else has 2 or more. Good job folks.
UEFA should learn a thing or two from us.
