That is where I could not handle Everton. I hold onto players too much and expect a lot more for TAA.

Alas, Gillingham will be in div 1 soon so you big guns can expect really annoying matches again.

:)
I think MG is one of a kind. Don't think anyone else would have made the offer he did, but he saw blood and could tell that with the right transfers (which he made), he could easily reach 30 trophies before I reach 35.

Yeah, am very impressed with how he has changed Everton.

I guess I am a build from scratch player.

Cannot wait for next season if I get through the playoffs. Reverting tactics to the good old Barnsley tactics. :)

With any luck you won't have to play Barnsley next year either.

Yeah would be good to barnsley Barnsley though, but fingers crossed for us both in Div 1 before we meet.
I have been trying to carry on with the same shithouse tactics. Been working well with me top of the league now with a goal difference lower than any other of the top 5 sides.

UPMR = United Player Minutes Ranking (out of 41 as there are four players on 0)
CR = Club Ranking in their respective league

Disclaimer: Minutes only take the league into account. A few play in other competitions which might also be taken into account when SM do their ratings.

I think that makes up for the disaster that will be the Serie A review.

@Damo Pretty good update for you
They're just the rises I were hoping for but downgraded as I usually get screwed by the reviewers. Only thing that would have made it perfect would be a rise to Konate but his injuries come at the worst times. Hopefully after the winter break he's fit and can stay fit for Leipzig for the rest of the season.

A question for those who have been in the gameworld since the start. What is the most players we had playing simultaneously? Next season we will have 16 players in Division 2 most likely, that seems like the most we have had in a while. It's great to see so many players as it makes the 2nd division much more interesting with more players in it.

Question, do we have any records of all the Trophies won by managers as opposed to won by each team?
I can do one, though in some cases I won't be sure of caf name.

Spoiler alert: the Manchester United honours is exactly the same as the number of trophies I've won.

Fairly sure that at the start we had the top 2 divisions filled and half of the third division.

Well done, bruv.
I managed to overtake you purely due to one of your players turning 22 today

Quite a few players born on 23rd Jan including two of mine that are both CBs at Porto. In the next update I won't even be in the top 10...

Congrats on being 2nd on most honours won by a manager, especially when you haven't been in the league that long comparatively.

Nice one Spontaneous, love to see how high Barnsley are

Gillingham slowly climbing, will be chasing mid table I hope in the future.

No more players please, i'd rather not get relegated straight away ;)
Don't worry TS that will be me....if I even get through the playoffs. You know how funky results against unmanaged teams can be sometimes.

Hmmm dropped quite a bit this month with Odegaard turning 22, will drop well outside the top 20 when Rice does... oh well was nice being near the top of a table for a while....

So, odds are that @CrackersJr will win the SMFA Shield again this season
No... Not at all. Got a lucky 1 goal lead into the second leg, but Fulham will demolish us in the next leg

CB position at Villa looking quite promising right now despite Van Dijk leaving.

Ruben Dias (90/23)Presnel Kimpembe (91/25)
Eric Bailly (89/26)Pau Torres (89/23)
Moucatar Diakhaby (87/24)Sven Botman (86/20)

Not sure how this happened, pretty poor planning from my side as they'll all demand gametime soon enough. Who would you sell?

Dias to United.

On a serious note, would definitely sell Diakhaby.

You lucked out with Bailly. Wouldn't honestly rely on him long term but he'll probably get a rise by the end of the season

You'll be able to rotate them all for a while. It is only when you get to my situation (and this'll come clear after the GW36 concern review) that it becomes tricky.

Diakhaby, not really a contest. Valencia are in the relegation zone and he's their starting CB. Not a good sign.

Bailly is a risk, he could easily breakdown again and be frozen at 89.

On paper yeah Diakhaby is probably the weakest of the bunch, but is still a young starter at Valencia and will probably only continue rising. This is the toughest part of the game i think, deciding who to sell on knowing full well that the player might develop fantastically in the next years and haunt you with regret. Grealish for example. Buying players is so much easier

Bailly i've wanted since United signed him, always thought he was class. Extremely unreliable injurywise of course but for cash it was worth the gamble.

True but he also must be doing something right to keep getting picked, they are still a big club after all and have options. Will try to hold on until they start developing concerns, but when that time comes it'll probably be him that goes

Valencia's owner has basically been on a mass selling spree and is no longer really backing the team with signings. With where they are in the league, Diakhaby won't be rising any time soon and I'm confident that if you do eventually sell him, you'll have no regrets.

Valencia as a basket case though. More likely he drops than rises.

I genuinely think Bailly will drop to 88 first

Nothing is so common as the wish to be remarkable.

Biggest issue with him. I would say almost comparable to phil jones injury level. But Jones seems to have taken it to another level this past 2 seasons in terms of injuries.
