The man pocketed Robben in a CL quarter final!Alexander Buttner. His peak lasted for one half of football, his debut at United. Shite before, shite after and a massive tit to boot.
Scored a fantastic goal for us.Alexander Buttner. His peak lasted for one half of football, his debut at United. Shite before, shite after and a massive tit to boot.
Good shout.Afonso Alves coming to Boro with big hype, scoring a brace against us, hat trick against City then vanishing after doing feck all else
So, in Kinkladze’s case, the streets did in fact forget?Giorgi Kinkladze. What an unbelievable talent forgotten in the sands of time.
The sands of time forgot himSo, in Kinkladze’s case, the streets did in fact forget?
Ah, now I understand how it all works. The sands of time forgot him
The street dust didn't
Anyone who doesn't get this is streets behind. Some of these guys are streets ahead.
Also David Bentley.Streets will never forget this baller
He plays for Alta IF now. Same town as I live in. Has just about 20k people in the town.Streets will never forget this baller
Amir Zaki at Wigan was similar I think.roque santa Cruz.
GoaterWanchope
fecker scored a couple of worldies against us.
Good shout. I remember when he played for my local Eredivisie side Heerenveen. He was amazing for them. Won the golden boot but didn't show up at the eventAfonso Alves coming to Boro with big hype, scoring a brace against us, hat trick against City then vanishing after doing feck all else
Or you could remind them. Works either way.I’m about to walk to Co-op using the streets. Does this mean someone’s going to randomly come up to me to remind me about Ravanelli’s hat trick against Liverpool?
You're just jealous he beat you to it.It's not very often a thread title can annoy me.
Congratulations OP!
You're just jealous he beat you to it.
Santa Cruz was a different class to Zaki tbf. Santa Cruz played for Bayern before moving to Blackburn and then moving to City in their early money bag days. Zaki was plucked from the Egyptian league, had a decent season at Wigan and then went to Hull. Don't remember what became of him after that.Amir Zaki at Wigan was similar I think.
Yeah I half expected Omar to whistle his way in to this threadThe streets won't forget sounds more like a threat than a compliment
That you, madwinger?Shinji Kagawa flopped here, but he was a truly sensational player; prime Shinji in our team now or 2010s Barcelona would be sensational. Loved him, smoothest operator I've ever seen
Not sure who that is, but Kagawa had/has a cult following in our fanbase for sure, and I'm part of itThat you, madwinger?
Sorry, but "the streets won't forget" sounds ridiculous.
Its one of the dumbest phrases in current use online.it’s a football twitter phrase, they’re all ridiculous.
What did happen with him? Was really good for Palace, but the move to Everton didn't really work out.Yannick Bolasie
Streets shall never forget.
Is that Steeds twin brother?Steve Malbranque at Fulham. Played #10 behind Saha in 2002.
Yah, I was a big fan of his too. Crazy how his career fell off a cliff. Still only 31, but tooling around in the segunda division. Not sure who that is, but Kagawa had/has a cult following in our fanbase for sure, and I'm part of it
I remember it has to do with injuries after joining Everton. He's no longer the same since then. What did happen with him? Was really good for Palace, but the move to Everton didn't really work out.
Is that Steeds twin brother?
