Even though the war might be unpopular overall in the US, i saw very strong support for it with republicans in some recent polling(don't ask, as i don't remember where right now).
You can't fix a country where one half of it is just a cult for Trump/magical R, they would become flat-earthers overnight if Faux News started advocating for it.

He's currently just under 15 points ahead of his rival in the polls but Trump is visiting Kentucky soon and is going after Massie hard. He's also having to face multi-billion dollar TV attack ads from Trump donors and pro-israeli groups.
I wouldn't count on it, Trump has gotten away with, well, basically everything up until now, including a bunch of stuff that directly impacted people's lives, what happened? Well, right-wing media just re-wrote history, and thats how it goes.

Farmers are getting hit hard again as fertilizer prices rise by 30%. A third of the worlds fertilizer comes through the Strait of Hormuz so the longer it stays closed farmers are going to see higher prices and eventually shortages.
Obviously the knock on effect will be that the rest of us will shortly be seeing sharp rises in food as well as energy. As if they weren't already high enough as it is.

Musk, Murdoch and Thiel are the reason the likes of Trump have been able to ascend. Trump would croak tomorrow and these billionaire robber barons would be using their media (social or MSM) monopolies and lobbying to propel the next populist figurehead to ensure people punch down and turn on one another while they continuing inflating their wealth and spreading their ideological poison at our expense.
Farage is just personal. I'm aware he's no where near as a dangerous as the aforementioned names, but I just despise the man for the irreversible damage he's done to the UK and frankly I'm sick of him being platformed everywhere by the British press.
