What a shocker. Trump lies.
I've lost count of how many times I've said to myself, that's absolutely not true, or that never happened after hearing Trump say something about a conversation he's had with a foreign leader or when he's claimed they have asked him to do something or told him something.
I've always been surprised that aside from the Iranians (who nobody believes anyway) I can't think of maybe two or three times someone has.called bullshit and disputed the conversation ever happening or correcting what was said. It's a wonder to me as to why more leaders haven't come out in their own defence as often the comments he makes make the person he's claimed to have been speaking to look incredibly weak or stupid or like another MAGA bootlicker. I guess they all think it's easier just to keep the peace with him as it will be forgotten about in a day or so anyway.
It seems Meloni has had enough. It's telling that she said this though after the clips of her speaking to him in what appeared to be a very stern manner at the recent meetings of leaders in France.
Speaking g of which, this might just be my favourite picture of Trump. Ever. Well maybe second favourite after the amazing one of him in the sky blue suit jacket and shorts with the knee high white boots.That is just truly something else.
