Doubtful. I don't think the department and component chiefs would allow it. He'd face quick backlash especially from the chaplain corp who look out for all faiths and beliefs.
On the rank/insignia, I find it solely elevating the religious corp above everyone else. Medical are non-combatants, haven't seen them telling doctors to remove the rank tab.

Similar stuff was already happening before Trump. The main difference is, that they stopped trying to hide these things. But law enforcement was already for sale long before Trump.
