His absence doesn't weaken Liverpool. He was a relatively cheap signing capable of a nice pass or shot but he's not elite level.

even if we concede that he isn’t elite (debateable), considering him in the context of our injury problems (no jones no Keita), and relative to our next best available midfielders (Henderson, Milner), it is disastrous imo
