Those data paint Pope as quite the donkey. Yet he’s being hailed as best keeper in the league this season.
I suppose it depends on what you want from a keeper. As a pure shot stopper he's one of the best in the league.
Meslier also worse than DDG under pressure despite some wanting him to replace Dave.
Yeah he is a very good shot stopper. The only reason he isn’t at a bigger club is because he is deficient with his feet. He is more like a keeper of 20 years ago.
