Why people are afraid of Falcao ? 
He wouldn't be first choice at Chelsea, it'd be a shite move for him. He should go to Italy or return to Atletico Madrid if he wants to have a bigger chance of resurrecting his career.
Falcao has lost that yard of pace the PL doesnt suit him. He should go to Italy or back to Spain
