Why would we sign 2 CMs?That's what I think, 3 at a push and it's still leaving us very short in a position.
I think it'll be 2 CMs + a ST, meaning we neglect the RW again. Plus 2 CMs would leave us a bit short if Pogba leaves also.

Because we desperately need them when Pogba leaves. We never replaced Herrera or Fellaini and Matic is on life support. Why would we sign 2 CMs?
It's for that reason I don't expect Pogba to leave. Sign 1 cm, 1 RW and 1 ST and we'll be done for the summer.Because we desperately need them when Pogba leaves. We never replaced Herrera or Fellaini and Matic is on life support.
If it can only be three, then what are our priorities? Striker, right winger and holding midfielder? It’ll be 3 players + 1 (Poch)
You honestly believe that we're going to bite on Poch and dump Ole?It’ll be 3 players + 1 (Poch)
That's seems to be the case for every manager United have missed out on. Klopp, pep etcYou honestly believe that we're going to bite on Poch and dump Ole?
In true United fashion, we'll keep Ole, hope the rebuild comes good next season, find ourselves underperforming with 4 additions to the squad, only for Ole to get fired with Poch having already taken another job in Europe in the summer. Put money on it.
Sancho, Grealish and someone else. Bruno is Pogba’s replacement if he goesIf it can only be three, then what are our priorities? Striker, right winger and holding midfielder?
Then hire Mark Hughes and sign Dembele for £95m in January to encourage season tickets to be renewed successfully and the dogshit churn continues until Sparky is replaced by Bruce and Martial by Benteke. You honestly believe that we're going to bite on Poch and dump Ole?

Well, Ed dumped van Gaal when Mourinho was available. I fancy it to be the same situation for this oneYou honestly believe that we're going to bite on Poch and dump Ole?

That's not like something United have done before so doubt it.Then hire Mark Hughes and sign Dembele for £95m in January to encourage season tickets to be renewed successfully and the dogshit churn continues until Sparky is replaced by Bruce and Martial by Benteke.
Why not? They dumped Moyes and LvG that way.You honestly believe that we're going to bite on Poch and dump Ole?

Ole is a club-affiliated legend. There's sentimentality involved in the process. Ole will have more United legends supporting his right to a long-term project than that of Moyes and LvG, and with the heavy emphasis on "club culture" being in transition, I imagine Woodward and co. would be reticent to act in the same haste that they did under the previous manager's.Why not? Woodward is not capable to bring those amount of players in 1 window, and also we have Euro 2020, it'll be Ed's excuses.Paul Hirst saying we're looking to recruit 4 players in the summer window.

I have not seen him enough to make analyse. But 13 goals in 23 games isn't anything special in Ligue 1. Even Giroud scored over 20 there, Lacazette nearly 30. And they aren't world beaters. So much rumours about Dembele from Lyon... I honestly can't see the hype around him? I've seen some of Lyons games and the highlights from Youtube makes him look like a budget version of Lukaku... the Lukaku that played for us. Please, do not buy him...
I think 4 could be realistic just because Pogba is likely to leave. Smalling wants to go, we want rid of Rojo. I would be surprised if Matic's contract is renewed. Even if none of those leave we need a CM, ST and RW.At least 4 is a bit more realistic than 6. I'd be gobsmacked if we brought in 4 though. I think 3 is likely, but if it's the first summer for Poch, maybe we'll bring more in.
Both 'dumped' for doing a terrible job. LvG may have won the FA cup but given the money he spent he did a terrible job. The end of his tenure was so of the most painful football I've every witnessed supporting us. We basically had one shot on target for about 2 months. Why not? They dumped Moyes and LvG that way.

He's not but I wouldn't say a deal between Werner and Liverpool cant be achieved. Just I wouldn't put my hopes on Schira being the source.
He's a different player. Much better with the ball at his feet and can actually head the ball. If you were gunna compare him to anyone I'd say Ighalo, quick feet (not as quick as Martial's) and good all round centre forward play.So much rumours about Dembele from Lyon... I honestly can't see the hype around him? I've seen some of Lyons games and the highlights from Youtube makes him look like a budget version of Lukaku... the Lukaku that played for us. Fair enough. I think he seems like a likely signing for us though. He's not but I wouldn't say a deal between Werner and Liverpool cant be achieved. Just I wouldn't put my hopes on Schira being the source.
Well we need to plan ahead knowing we're going to lose Mane/Salah next January and possibly Salah at the start with the Olympics in limbo so I expect us to make early moves. I hope we wrap it up before his clause ends else I can't see us signing him at all, be wasting our time. Don't want Leipzig dictating the premium of his transfer fee like they did with Keita over where they finish in the league or end up as champions etc. They really dragged out that deal.
Werner isn’t amazing? Hasn’t he got more goals to games this year. I would say that’s a pretty good option. We should be trying to sign him for that price.Liverpool are doing what top teams do, strengthening from a position of strength. They're gonna be dominant for a good 4-5yrs I reckon, it's gonna be sickening. Werner isn't amazing but he's a solid rotation option, very solid.

On the flip side of that Ole will likely do what's in the best interest of the club and go without any issues. Or be given another role. I actually think it's easier to get Poch in currently.Ole is a club-affiliated legend. There's sentimentality involved in the process. City thought they'd dominate for 5 years after their records last year. They've been crap this season. Nobody will dominate for more than 2 years. Too many other people trying these days.Liverpool are doing what top teams do, strengthening from a position of strength. Yep. If ever there was a prime example of this it was city.City thought they'd dominate for 5 years after their records last year. They've been crap this season. Nobody will dominate for more than 2 years. Too many other people trying these days.

City have been incredibly unlucky with injuries and also for once guilty of poor succession planning. Not replacing kompany was a huge error.City thought they'd dominate for 5 years after their records last year. They've been crap this season. Nobody will dominate for more than 2 years. For me Grealish is both the better player and the better fit within our side. Him and Sancho are the perfect signings for us this summer. If he wants to join us he should run his contract down and join us in 2022 /2023 for less fees or for free.
Now that Bruno is here, we are not desperate for that signing and Leicester doesnt have the leverage to push us to the corner like Maguire. We also have an alternate option in Grealish.
He is decent, no more than decent. Wouldnt want him eitherSo much rumours about Dembele from Lyon... I honestly can't see the hype around him? So 3 at max in one window right? Not 4?Well we brought 3 in last summer and 2 in January..

In addition to Sané, FC Bayern is also interested in Leverkusen's Kai Havertz (20). A right-back is definitely needed - efforts to run Sergino Dest (19, contract with Ajax Amsterdam until 2022) are ongoing . Overall, the FCB cannot limit its investments entirely to just two new players; four or five new players will be required.
