Too bad this is just transfer gossip not exactly true. However, I'm sure Lingard will leave. The fact that he hired Railoa basically tells us that he's looking for a new club, he knows he hasn't been good enough for the standard that can help us.

Expect Lingard to go and Periera to stay. Periera might improve if the team around him improves, and at least has decent work rate. Lingard has definitely reached his ceiling, and that ceiling is far too low for this club.

Andreas doesn't have any right to stay if Lingard goes. One has at least had moments, a period of use, the other is Andreas and is probably one of the most average Utd players to ever play so consistently.

Has had moments.. but how long ago, he should be the first to leave. Andreas to follow him a year later probably, doubt they'll both go in the same window.

I think they will both leave. They're the two most obviously players to upgrade. If we sell Lingard, Pereira and Pogba and bring in two creative midfielders and a right winger then we will be miles better off than we are now.

Probably depends on who we bring in during the summer, and whether Gomes signs his new contract. Can see Lingard definitely going, Mata I think will see out the second year of his contract (unless he gets a ridiculously good offer from a Spanish club).

Seems a bit disingenuous to pretend Lingard has been non-stop shite for us. FA cup winning goal, as recently as December played great against City, obviously has had spells where he was very useful, before his form totally dropping off a cliff. You don't have to make stuff up to bash disappointing players, the evidence is there.

If they both leave in the summer Lingard has obviously contributed much more in his longer Utd career than Pereira.

This season alone Lingard has been much worse than Pereira, and Pereira has been fecking awful.

Both are nowhere near good enough and need to go, think that sums it all up.

Lingard has also been posting non-stop shite on social media like "0.012%" or those vulgar videos of his friends. His performances have yielded 0 league goals or assists. He is on a larger salary and is older as well. As shite as Pereira has been, he's the clear choice between him and Lingard.

Can we be bothered with the Leicester negotiation taking all summer with Maddison?
Think he will be too expensive anyway, seems why they are going all in for Graelish.

Too bad since he clearly wants the move himself, but the contract is too long.

I disagree, his ceiling was that good run of form last year, which would be more than good enough as a squad player for the current squad.

Unfortunately, his injury broke his ceiling and it's now a rubble on the cellar floor.

Lingard is massively out of form. Pereira will never reach how good lingard was 18 months / 2 years ago. I'd get rid of both personally though. Lingard has gone backwards and pereira is just shit.

If Liverpool can get £20m for Solanke and £12.5m for Danny Ward, surely we can raise at least £40m from the sales of Lingard and Andreas?

Any takers? Anyone?

About time. Both are just as awful as each other and simply not good enough, not even as squad players.
Imagine Ole sells these two and manages to get in Sancho and one or two other players!

Regardless of your opinion of him he would surely be a transfer god on this forum!?

It’s like he’s a member of the caf

Basically saying he's not extending his contract and bout was supposedly scouting him the other day.

Right winger for those who don't know. Would happily have him for a Chong replacement.

He's probably someone we will end up signing instead of Sancho.

Chiesa and Torres reportedly scouted in recent days. Good if true, it means we're at least aware that there is such a thing as a RW position and might even be looking to fill it.
