PSG sporting director Leonardo:
It’s hard to know; I think we’ll understand the situation better towards the end. It was a choice, we couldn’t do otherwise than the loan, and I think that today, to have Kean for a year at our disposal was already something very positive. If we can glimpse the future under certain conditions, and we’ll see which ones, we’ll try and see how it goes. But today, it’s very complicated to know how it’s going to happen.

Zorc responds to Raiola's comments about Haaland:
A ‘top’ club one day seems harsh on Dortmund. I know they have a different model and aren’t quite a super club but they’re a huge club.

So they've actually confirmed their feeder club status by themselves

I can't imagine the club will do all that much this summer. I would like to be wrong but one or two signings maximum. They should try swap Pogba for a centre-back, maybe Varane. Then bring in a deep playmaker and a right winger / striker.
Varane ? Hell no

They're basically saying that Chelsea can still afford to spend a triple-sum figure on Haaland despite COVID-19 being around. To me, that'd only make sense if they weren't making many signings to improve their team.

By the sounds of it they've got quite the budget lined up for the summer. £300m I've seen reported.

Abramovich has typically given Chelsea 250 million pounds of his own money at almost every summer. Based on that, this figure doesn't surprise me.

What about Bayern is currently being whispered.⁦
  • Upamecano may be Bayern's only major purchase for the summer transfer window.
  • Bayern had to tighten their purses due to the financial impacts of COVID.
    • 4-million-Euro loss per home game without fans
  • No potential transfer fee earnings
    • Alaba and Javi Martínez will leave for free.
    • Boateng could leave for free as well if an agreement is not reached.
  • Tolisso's sale may be more difficult due to his long-term injury.
  • Bouna Sarr could leave given that he's not good enough.
    • Bouna Sarr has no intention to leave.
  • Jamal Musiala's new contract will go until 2026
    • Salary: 5 million Euros per season (upgrade from a 6-figure seasonal salary)
  • Süle could leave to generate more funds only if they get a significant fee.
  • Rummenigge wants players to not expect a huge pay rise and be accommodating to Bayern
    • Applies to both Süle and Goretzka
    • [My comment] What's going on with Musiala's contract, then?
  • Purchase options on several players who are loaned out (not guaranteed)
    • Cuisance: 18 million Euros
    • Zirkzee: 15 million Euros
    • Adrian Fein: 6 million Euros
    • Leon Dajaku: 2.5 million Euros (possibly getting done)
  • Bayern Munich are focusing on free incoming transfers for now (like Omar Richards)
  • Bayern's targets (only monitoring the situation due to high prices)
    • Camavinga: interest but no action
      • Cost: more than 40 million Euros
    • Neuhaus: 40 million Euro release clause
      • Player might be interested in joining Bayern
    • Max Aarons: price of at least 30 million Euros

It’s true that they’ve been watching the player for a while. The whole thing is not yet concrete according to our information, but it can, of course, become concrete, and he asks to play there.

Neuhaus has an exit clause of 40 million, which could be triggered in the summer, and Dortmund has distanced itself from the Rose transfer and will not take any player from its team. Bayern has to save money after the 42.5 million transfer of Upamecano; it is currently rather unlikely that they will put another 40 million on the table.

That means it must be another league if Neuhaus wants to change, and there is the Premier League and Liverpool, of course.
EDIT: a bit more on Liverpool and Neuhaus

Now that gets a True, whether he actually ends up at Tottenham, is of course very dependent on Mourinho and his performance.

In principle, Nagelsmann has a very clear career plan in different stages at Leipzig. Let’s say he’s now at stage 3, the career plan will end at the club like Real Madrid, which is clearly stage 1, but in between, he would apparently like to make another intermediate step. Tottenham is clearly on the list of the clubs he would be able to imagine now as the next step when he completes his mission at Leipzig.

Helping his old team (Dortmund) out in their time of need (monetary wise). Sancho and Haaland plus a decent CB and Chelsea will be contenders next season.

Haaland is an obvious target for a number of clubs but don't Chelsea already have Werner, Havertz, Pulisic, Ziyech, Mount and CHO for the three behind the striker? Doesn't make any sense them going after Sancho.

What's Javi Martinez up to? Is he still good enough to play for us? Or is he one of those that will frequently join Jones on the injury table.

Think Tuchel will look to offload a couple. They weren’t his signings.

Can see Tammy leaving. He’s no where near Haaland
