You might be a good judge of characterJust a pre-conceived idea I have of him. I might be way off. I thought he'd fell out with a couple of managers and been caught out by the tabloids a few times (laughing gas? Breaking lockdown? Not sure..). Hasn't his exclusion from England been put down to his attitude too? As I say, I may be way off.

The Hazard sale has helped a lot. Amazing deal… from a Chelsea point of view. Not so much MadridChelsea get a bit of a free pass of just how much shite they have on their books still. Although I suppose the fact they end up making alright money for them makes a difference.
And what about Hazard?Unfit, overweight and over here. Great business for Chelsea then
This is the biggest news of the summer. Batshuayi still plays for Chelsea! What the hell?Tweet

Zappacosta was equally as surprising to me.This is the biggest news of the summer. Batshuayi still plays for Chelsea! What the hell?
Just had a look at which players they still have on their books. Blown away by the fact that the two aforementioned players, Baba Rahman, Bakayoko, Musonda, Loftus-Cheek, Drinkwater and Kenedy are still with them. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they looked under the floorboards and found Josh McEachran sitting there still collecting his paycheck.Zappacosta was equally as surprising to me.
Chelsea always have several players that you thought they would have sold years ago, but then they just turn up for training at the start of pre-season.
Why do I remember this name? Was he one of those highly rated Chelsea academy players from a few years ago?Just had a look at which players they still have on their books. Ok, we have found a winner. WTF?!Baba Rahman
Yep. Chelsea fans were adamant he would become the best midfielder in the Prem while we were saying the same thing about Pogba and Morrison. Why do I remember this name? Was he one of those highly rated Chelsea academy players from a few years ago?

I really rate him whenever I've seen him. He has a long way to go of course but very promising, I'd be happy to tie him down if he were at our place. Has a bit of the Jack Grealish about him, but maybe more of a team player. Yet another young English attacking midfielder, the country really has a tonne of them coming through.Tweet

It was pure contract renewal tactics from the start I think. And I thought Villa had a big chance of getting him. Guess they didn’t do enough to tempt him into moving there

Got briefly excited when I saw the agreement in principle. Still nothing with RM.Agreement in principle between
Raphaël Varane and Manchester United. It now remains to find an agreement between Real Madrid and Manchester United, who are currently negotiating. The French defender would like to discover the Premier League but will not go arm wrestling to leave (wants to leave respectfully).
Hasn't this been said ten times by different journos already?Tweet

We take our time preparing bids, despite Sancho being our main target we still took weeks too agree a fee with Dortmund.Got briefly excited when I saw the agreement in principle. Still nothing with RM.
Yes. But now it's in French!!Hasn't this been said ten times by different journos already?
Spending 60 is better than whatever insane amount West Ham might value him at.I say Rice is a Matic in his prime and some call it a disgrace and insult to Matic. So 60M is still overpriced.
