Barça's NO to the first verbal -not official- proposal. Talks continue...
Chelsea's 1st verbal proposal for Aubameyang is ~14M. Barça have said no.

The club will only accept above 20M.

The 'blues', willing to almost double the salary of the Gabonese, [who is] financially tempted despite being comfortable in Barcelona.
Tuchel is pressing for 'Auba' and Chelsea already know that they must at least come close to the initial 25M that Barça asked for, as we advanced in Relevo.

The negotiation between the parties continues. And the economic differences (less than 10M) seem salvageable. All open at this hour.

A couple of MLS players being linked to Leeds:

If Watkins becomes available considerably better clubs than Leeds & Palace will be in for him.

As Ferran Martínez has advanced, Bellerín has been offered to Barça. Contacts with Atlético as well. But the player's absolute priority is Betis. It doesn't depend on him, more on the clubs and their salary limit. He would arrive free and his salary would be lowered.
Bellerín's agent, Albert Botines, is still talking to Arsenal.

Both parties prefer to end the relationship NOW. The Gunners have 3 full-backs and he wants to return to Spain.

The agent is in contact with Betis, who are working on departures.

Boehly is putting the glazers to absolute shame, they guy got rid of Chelsea's recruitment staff and has took it upon himself to commit huge amount of his time to recruiting players and has shown to be very ambitious with the money he has been willing to invest in chelsea this summer, unlike the glazers Boehly wants more than just sponsorship and champions league money, he wants Chelsea to be the best.

How did we get lumbered with the worst American parasite owners going.

He's not necessarily doing it on his own accord. When the Chelsea Supporters' Trust were selecting new owners, they mandated them to commit further funds (£1.75b in this case) to investing into the club, including the facilities, infrastructure, and the team itself. He's spending off of that £1.75b into the team.

Potential wise, yes. Currently, no.
What is his actual position? Even most of the Everton fans I’m seeing are saying your club should bite our hands off for £40m or more.

Id say he’s at his best on the wing. He doesn’t have good end product. The reason people are saying that is because he is basically just potential right now. Has as much chance of being a 20m player as he does a 70m player.

AUBAMEYANG: The coach wants him but the club thinks it is complicated to manage so many strikers. They are worried about Memphis and Auba leaving and then in case of unforeseen events, there are no replacements.
AUBAMEYANG: If the offer of 25 MEUR from Chelsea arrives, Barça will sell him because it would allow them, in the current situation, to solve at once the Fair Play issue and register Koundé.

He's buying who the manager wants. Same like Man Utd. They've been rebuffed by plenty of their targets. The only real difference is Boehly is willing to commit way more.

I'm surprised that clubs aren't really moving in on Emerson. He's not a bad full back for so many clubs. I guess his high wages must be a real problem for them. The fact that West Ham have only just started pushing for Emerson says it all.

Many clubs including Everton, Nottingham Forest, West Ham, Fulham and Villarreal have tried to sign Moussa Dembélé. Some, including Juve, Atletico and Fenerbahce, are already discussing a move for him. The player is studying OL's offer of an extension
  • Wolves were also interested.
  • Dembélé rejected all of the English clubs' advances.
    • The player wants a more suitable project both in sporting terms and financially.

Wolverhampton prepares a new and last attack on Matheus Nunes. A meeting in England is expected this week to define the molds of the offer. Sporting does not sell for less than 45M€. Player has already refused a proposal from West Ham last week and an approach from Wolves itself

Justin Kluivert wants to play in the Premier League and is in negotiations with Fulham, but there is still no agreement with Roma, who ask for €10M + % of future sale. Loan is out of the question. He is also a target in Italy and Germany. Benfica and Sporting probed through intermediaries

Emerson's salary is reported to be £75K/wk.

It's a lot of money to clubs outside of the PL and most clubs in Serie A or Ligue 1 probably can't afford to pay him but West Ham for example have plenty of players around the £70-90K/wk mark and their few top earners are on more than that so I don't think matching Emerson's current salary would present any issues for them.

Watched Watford's games this season and he been the outstanding performer by a mile. He's better than Ismail Sarr and only 20 years old. Not an out and out striker, likes dropping deep and can play wide, but he's a rough diamond for sure. Not prolific by any means yet but he's aggresive on the ball and doesn't shy out of challenges, exciting to watch, drives the ball forward. Would love to see him realise his potential.

Yeah he looks quality and someone that PL clubs should take a punt on before he gets a big money move.
