PSR only applies to Premier League clubs. Saudi clubs obviously have very little financial rules and are allowed to spend as much as they want by the Saudi League. And since they dont play in UEFA competition they dont have to care about UEFA rules either.Any word on transfer fee? Like, is that PSR thingy means nothing to Saudi clubs? Thought he cost them like 70mil+, did they get rid of him for less than a half money, in a year? Incredible if correct. And that 12mil per year contracts Turkey clubs are giving out for fun also look suspect.

Thanks mate, very informative. Football and the general rules look fecked with Saudis trying to own this sport like they have already managed with other sports, like boxing, Formula 1, Golf and number of other competitions. Oil money rules I suppose. Very sad.PSR only applies to Premier League clubs. Saudi clubs obviously have very little financial rules and are allowed to spend as much as they want by the Saudi League. It's a free loan for one year, an option hasnt been mentioned. Fener will pay half of his salary for the season. So yea, they bought him for almost €80M and are loaning him for free without even shopping him less than 6 months later because they dont care about money.
Except for the players who go there, I dont think there's anyone who's happy about it but there is nothing that can really be done. Thanks mate, very informative. I am kind of hoping that Bayern will mess with Leverkusen a bit. Payback for Tah.I like this move. He's had his success in the Eredivisie. The Bundesliga is a great next step.
