Trent Alexander Arnold | Real Madrid Player

Liverpool fans are furious with him learning Spanish for long and are calling him a traitor, Trent Alejandro Arnold:lol:
Looking at what he does and says at the moment you can't blame them, it's well deserved. And fecking hilarious

got a feeling this isn’t going to be the dream move TAA was hoping for……
I think he'll be do very well for them in the league. He has a pretty unique style, so it will probably take a while for him to gel with his team-mates and to adapt to the ideas of the coach. But he has the technique needed to do so, and he will produce the moments of magic that will please the fans and Youtube supporters.

The problem will be in the latter stages of the Champions League, where he's just not good enough defensively - but I guess they will just play Carvajal in most of those games, and use Alexander-Arnold as a sub if they go behind.

Be fair to the lad.
Al Hilal are a quality above what he's used to facing.

I believe Mr Alonso is transitioning to a 3-5-2 which would free up Trent from his defensive duties. If this is true, that seems to be the profile or role he has been seeking ever since his early days.

Time will tell where he goes from here.

For some reason I thought Alonso already said he'll play a 4-3-3 as it suits their squad more? Could be wrong, and Alonso's quite flexible, of course. Guess we'll see.

3-minute cameo for Alexander-Arnold on the weekend, things going well for him over in Spain it seems.

Carvajal is the better right back, he's getting old so i think he will eventually be phased out for Trent ( Trent started the first league game). I wouldn't pass final judgement 2 games into the season.

I'm sure with the amount of games played that Trent will start enough.

Your fan base's collective outrage was what's befudling.

He was never as good as you made him out to be and I guess ended up believing your own hyperbole.

I don't think one is better than the other. Trent is the most creative RB, Carvajal is more complete and solid defensively.

Season is long and we had important absences last year so I am glad we can count on both.

This just in: Player bullish about retaining his place after high profile replacement is brought in.

You still have to wonder who is supposed to be getting on the end of “Trent’s” crosses. Yet another pointless, high-profile Perez transfer.

Could’ve moved Valverde to rb full time and finally signed a CM who can pass, if they still wanted a fullback on a free, Davies would’ve been a more natural fit for the other side, injuries notwithstanding

Season is long but
In important games I prefer Carvajal any day of the week.

Must admit I think Trent is worse than I feared. Surely he is poor defensively as expected, but I have seen nothing offensively from him. Looks shy as well. No aggression at all. Carvajal is the complete opposite.

In contrast, Carreras just oozes confidence.

I suppose it will take time to integrate, but it was a general rule for us that when he played well the whole team played well as a result.

Gets to come back to Anfield this season as well, we'll know by tomorrow when that will happen. No idea whether he gets booed or a nice reception at this point.

The Trentification of Alexander-Arnold is ruining his career.

Also, I’ve never known a player inspire so much praise from English pundits in recent years. It’s weird how gushing they are over him whenever he delivers a nice pass.

Good pass, but he had about 40 yards of space to kick the ball into. It's not exactly Beckham to R9. EDIT: Turns out it's offside anyway.

Proper weird to see Arnold and Alvaro Fernandez lining up at fullback for Real Madrid, though. You'd have looked a nutter predicting that last summer.

where i’m from, that’s called a “tribute” like you’d do it to a picture of a girl you fancied and send it to her; making clear your intentions.

False flag op, no Liverpool fan can speak Spanish.

The media hype bullshit in full swing

They do know he’s been injured right? only back from injury recently hasn’t started a game since and didn’t get off the bench at wknd.

Anything to drum up excitement eh. Idiots
