Even though they didn't make it to the final I'd say Brazil in the 1982 WC.
Although not a serious trophy we really deserved to win the super cup last season.

Chelsea 2008 UCL Final. Better team overall by far.
3-0 sounds like a good lead but once Liverpool summoned the Spirit of Shankly, Milan were always doomed.

Nah 2008 was pretty much dead even and deserved to go to penalties on balance of play. 99 on the other hand Bayern were the better side for 90 minutes.
If France had scored when they had the opportunity then they would have won. Since they didn't they deserved to lose.
I guess so. The slip was crucial, but wouldn't say they deserved to win the game.

It is not a bad shout. It was a close game but Bayern probably were the better team. It hurt to have Scholes and Keane out for the game, and having to play Beckham centrally hurt as well, but did United even have a real chance before the last few minutes of the game?
The 2008 FA Cup is a good shout to, but who knows, maybe playing that many games at the end of the season would have hurt the team's chances in the CL Final.
Also, Chelsea should have won the 2013-14 Premier League, but I think Gerrard's slip and Liverpool's collapse over shadowed how poor Chelsea were near the end of the season, especially losing to two relegation candidates near the end of the season and drawing with Norwich, who were relegated, in their second last game of the season.

I know but Arsenal played Chelsea in the semis and Wenger inexplicably decided not to play Arshavin who was in red hot form.
CL - Deportivo La Coruna the year they went out to Porto (who won it?). In the semis they went out due to insanely bad refereeing (red card that changed everything, and possibly started the Depor overall deroute too)
