What a performance from the lad today. Looked well beyond his years and anything but a young player on his debut. Outstanding.
 
Excellent debut. Strong and good in positioning. Very good passer also, as a CB.
 
Probably between him and Amass for our best player today. Great debut.

one nice drilled pass out to the wing and a nice determined dribble in the first half

He did get turned one time by Cunha in the buildup for the freekick goal, and then Lindelof fouled him. So just short of perfect today
 
Cool head, great ball control, aggressive but also very calm. Want to see more
 
Honestly never really heard anything about him before and had no idea what to expect, but he was excellent I thought. Looked quick, aggressive, composed on the ball and just did his job perfectly. Great to see.
 
Love it when kids are thrown in and they put in performances like this. Didn’t look out of place at all and was our best defender, despite it being his debut. Looked very calm
 
Very good introduction to the world, didn't look out of place in the prem and hopefully gets more minutes next week. Very happy with him.
 
Hopefully he can get a few more minutes in the coming weeks. With Evans and Lindelof leaving, and Martinez becoming injury prone, there is a real chance for Fredricson to become apart of our rotation next season.
 
He is a lot stronger than he looks, and shields the ball extremely well. Might be a push, but his skillset to me looked like he would be of better use in midfield, he has perfect passing technique.
 
Wasn't tested too much defensively but no major mistakes and looked comfortable on and off the ball.
 
Don't think I'd heard of him before this match, but he was impressive both defensively and on the ball.

At first I thought he looked quite small for a centreback, but he didn't seem to have any problem physically and at one point when setting up for a set piece he looked a similar height to the players around him. OP has him at 181cm, so is that accurate?
 
Missed the match but sounds like he had a good game today. Happy for him.

Hopefully Amorim plays more of the kids in the remaining games as I’m sure they’ll be more up to it than some of the senior players who don’t seem to give a toss.
 
Where did he come from? Never seen him touted as a top talent by the self-proclaimed custodians of United youth on this forum.

He was fecking fantastic. Cool, calm, nonchalant, skillful, aware - he was simply amazing. I was afraid that Amass and him are going to be found out being on the same side but both of them were imperious. Excellent performance.
 
Outstanding performance. We sure got some exciting defenders coming through our academy at the moment.
 
Is he and Heaven finally a reason not to go centre back hunting for another summer?

Great game but let's not get carried away again. Neither side were up for it, he did everything well but was hardly tested. He needs lots more game time before we can safely give up a CB search.
 
Great debut. Absolutely class debut performance and alongside shit pants Lindelof nonetheless. Seemed like he was out with his 100th performance in the senior side,
 
A solid performance. He looked really comfortable on the ball and handled his defensive duties well, even if he wasn’t heavily tested. It was a relatively straightforward game, but he impressed with his composure and quality in possession - something that’s essential in the modern game
