Even start so far. Decent passing from both teams.

We're not really getting our attackers on the ball in dangerous positions.

If there ever is a riot at Liverpools training ground I would look at their nr 10

Jake Cain is destroying us here - some great passing from him. We're really lucky to be in the game.

We've really lacked true quality on the ball - few rare glimpses from Shoretire, Helm and Stanley aside

2-2 at half time.

First 20 mins were really even, but without much threat from either side. Stanley had a couple of nice runs.
Liverpool have been on top since and we could be 3 or 4 nil down, but luckily find ourselves level.

To state the obvious- Shoretire looks like he will be a player in a couple of years - as expected for a player who isn't 16 until February, he is still feeling his way into this level but some flashes of quality look promising.

He reminds me a bit of Rashford at a similar age, but more physical than he was.

Not enough quality in the current team without the new guys.

But great to see that Hughes is back from injury.
Feels similar to past youth teams where we needed an influx of foreign talent. Didn't feel that way in regards to Greenwood's u18 side. Isn't the 2006 generation similarly built in regards to being very very talented?
