Big Will with a lovely long ball to Sharpe whose effort is saved. Almost got a assist.

Great entertainment.

Been starved of youth football on MUTV so far this season - delighted this one was on!

Mainoo, Garnacho and Mather looked quality. Norkett worked hard and deserved his hat trick but looks a bit like Mellor so far - hard working striker, but other than that no attributes that stand out as being top level potential. Great to see Kambwala back and looked good - impressive physical attributes and comfortable on the ball.

That’s a bit of a myth…just as many Reds as Blues…
Agree mate, hearing our local junior development has really been improved and hoping for more local kids to come in. Salford lad Sam Mather is an interesting one. Not sure what to make of him. Shows some amazing technique but it also lets him down at times. I think he has a big upside though. Read recently City paid 400k for a 13 year old. :annoyed: It seems our scouts are doing great things now though and hopefully the cream keeps coming to us.
