For some reason they thought it would be too much of a workload for him and wanted him to concentrate on the u18s even though other u18s managers are managing both teams

Do you think its the right move? I think its shocking tbh. You might know different but iI would imagine mckenna would have wanted to do the 19's aswel and he's deffinatly the best man for the job.

Would have preferred McKenna to do it myself. The players seem so scared of making mistakes when Butt manages them that they forget how to play
