United set to revamp scouting network

Thomas Bormann who used to be at Hoffenheim, Jorge Alvial who was at Chelsea, Roy Beukenkamp who was at PSV, Sandro Orlandelli who was with the Brazilian FA, Joao Ferreira who was at Sporting Lisbon and Orlando City, Armand Benneker who was at St. Gallen and others have all been brought in along with a load of youth scouts. Jorge Alvial looks like a good one in that bunch so not sure why we let him go.
He recommended 14 years old Neymar to Chelsea when he was working for them and he recommended Alphonso Davies to UTD when he was 15 who has every thing to become the best.

you always hear about how scouts recommend players that go on to be great. But what about all the players they recommend who turned out to be crap. How many other players alongside a 14 year old Neymar did he recommend, 2,10,20 120?
