I think in a 5-a-side, quick footed players with good technique and skills in tight spaces are critical. Would opt for Evra over Rio as my defender.

Great mix of power and skill. Had Rooney in there, but then remembered how he struggled to get the ball out of his feet when in close proximity to defenders sometimes, so shipped him out.

Couldn't imagine anyone worse than Pogba, thinking he can bound past players closing in on him and holding on to the ball for too long are his worst attributes, and exactly what you don't want in 5 a side, not to mention how he always shoots just wide at a massive net, nevermind a small one.

For what it's worth, I saw Giggs and Scholes play in a Futsal tournament after they retired. Scholesy was ineffective as he couldn't dribble and his brilliant passing range was no good in such small spaces. Whereas Giggs was devastating. He was fast and the ball stuck to his feet.
