Very happy we have our first summer signing completed and in a very important position for us too. He’s a powerful and skilful forward player who should improve a pretty weak front line in terms of goals and quality. He seems to me the player who needs to be the focal point of the attack, as in get the ball to his feet and let him cause the damage so we will see if he can produce that here.

Welcome Cunha! Really good to start to the transfer window. He is a ball carrier and we have only Amad who can effectively do that. Also has a bit of an edge which is also needed in the squad.

Delighted with this. I think he’s a good player and will definitely help us carry the ball up higher and put pressure off Amad on the other side

Cunha's 26 so if we can get 6 or 7 good years out of him, it'll be a good signing. Just 10m a year.

I hope we know what we are doing with this one because £62.5m is actually a lot of money but most of the PL clubs don’t know the value of money as they get handsomely paid from TV rights.
I’m fed up with expensive transfer mistakes United made in the last 6 years and they were predictable before even they happened. At least you can argue that he’s PL proven this time.

He could be a transformative signing.
We need someone powerful who can run with the ball. He's skillful, scores goals and is just a handful for other teams. He'll take a bit of pressure off Bruno and Amad.
If we can get Mbeumo, I'll already be feeling a lot more optimistic about next season.
