What's the plan for the 22 day break? Training camp in Ireland (March 22 - April 11)

Are Martinez and Dorgu back for the next game at least? We need to win the first 3 games of the restart to all but confirm our place in next season’s Champions League.

I’ve got Dorgu back for late April and nothing on Martinez. Would be great to have Dorgu back, I’m just hoping he picks up where he left off!

Is it a positive or a negative we aren't using this for some money grabbing tour of whatever place pays well right now? Feels longer than many preseasons did.

Under Carrick's methods where the players will likely get most of the 23 days off, I think it is a negative. Last time we had a big break between games we looked dire compared to the opposition.

23 days does seem like an awful long time, not just from a fans perspective. Hopefully as many as possible get playing time with their countries without injuring themselves.

Thought we might have a behind closed doors friendly against someone like Everton or Burnley just to get some minutes in for those players not on international duty. You want them fresh of course but it's a long gap that they won't be used to. Leeds having an FA Cup match the week before gives them a slight edge in that area.

What was the league thinking scheduling the FA cup right after the international break. Just garbage decision making all around.

Fecking dis and fecking that
"You big bastard (Sesko)". Oh, dreadful language! "You big hairy arse (Zirkzee)", "You big fecker (Shaw)". Fierce stuff! And of course, the F-word, father, the bad F-word, worse than "feck" - you know the one I mean (Fellaini)

Looking forward to Guy Ritchie presents Manchester United

Is it public information where exactly around Dublin they are? Not to sound like a stalker or anything.

Even just exact coordinates will do.

They've said they'd give out more info later when they announced it last week. Sounds like it'll be Carton House though if I had to guess. Ticks a lot of the boxes given they said about 30 mins from Dublin

I know that Dubai was probably where they wanted to go but Ireland over Portugal and Spain?

Why not? I never saw the point in training in conditions that may be optimal, but very unlikely to be the same on game days. Given all our remaining fixtures will be in England I think it's a smart choice.

It's not like our players deserved an additional week in the sun for going on a bit of a run recently, and other than a title we have everything to fight for. Ending this season on a positive (and as much as any of us hate to admit it, 3rd would be that), would be helpful in the summer and beyond.
