Luis might actually be better than Ronaldo, sacrilegious as that may sound at first...
  • Ronaldo Luís: ahah!
  • Luis Suárez Miramontes: Ballon D'Or winner and central point of Catenaccio.
  • Luís Figo: Ballon D'Or winner and arguably the best European right winger.
  • Luis Suárez: best striker of this century.
  • Luigi Riva: greatest Italian striker.
  • Luis Monti: 2 x World Cup All-Star, with 2 different nations .
  • Luis Pereira: arguably the best Brazilian centerback.
  • Luis Del Sol: European Cup and European Championship winner.
  • Luis Fernández: base of the French Carré Magique.
  • José Luis Chilavert: arguably the best South American goalkeeper.
  • Iván Luis Zamorano: Pichichi winner
  • Luis Artime: Copa América, Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup top scorer.
  • Luiz Gustavo: Champions League winner.
  • Luis Eyzaguirre: great fullback from back in the day.
  • Filipe Luís: best defensive fullback of the 2010s.
  • Luis Enrique: great player and Champions League winning manager.
  • Luis Cubilla: 5 x Copa Libertadores as player and manager.
  • Luís Alonso Pérez: manager of Pelé's famous Santos team; 2 x Intercontinental Cup and 8 x Paulistão winner.
  • Luiz Felipe Scolari: World Cup winning manager.
  • Luis Aragonés: European Championship winning manager.
Ronaldo—Suárez—Figo
del Sol—Monti—Suárez M.
Luís—Fernández—Pereira—Enrique
Chilavert
Think we have a winner right here.

By this logic Luis Ronaldo is GOAT.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Adolfo "Bofo My Angel" Bautista yet.

Obviously, the bestest best name is George Best.

Nobody cares about the second best.

They've got quantity sewn up for sure but I think they are lacking on the quality scale.

Have to agree with @SilentWitness on Muller as it covers Gerd Muller, Andreas Moeller and Thomas Mueller, all variations of the German form for Miller.
And Luís Antônio Corrêa da Costa, better known as Müller, third striker after Romario and Bebeto on the Brazil of 94. Got 56 caps and 12 goals for Brazil.

So 4 X Muller has won the World Cup - at least.

Fabrizio Ravanelli or Zanetti. Even Zamorano.

Players with Z in their names makes them more dangerous/lethal.
