Yeah, I think we're in good position overall in terms of getting some serious pre-season for the team. It's just Mainoo & Martinez (& Rashford) that won't get much of it.
Yeah, they wont be back until Leeds.
I’ll get a good look at them against Leeds
21 days holiday is the minimum, not necessarily the amount United will give players after the World Cup.
Amad returned for testing today according to the official website. His 21 days were up in the middle of last week as the Ivory Coast were eliminated by Norway on the 30th June.
Cunha not mentioned so it looks like he will be getting more than 21 days break. Brazil lost to Norway on the 5th July.

He was training all the time with them and was still in "work mode" mentally. So I think its fair for him to get his full break unless he personally wants to come back earlier.
Yeah, just being there with team counts as work commitment. He was not on holiday even if he didn't play the actual matches.
Zirkzee scores 8 goals a training game. Just doesn't make sense
I think the 3 week break may even be a FIFA mandatory rule, so even if he/anyone else wanted to come back earlier he isn't allowed too.

Love seeing this sort of commitment from players. Obviously they shouldn't be expected to cut their holidays short but those that do show a great mentality imo. Good role models for the rest of the dressing room

Concern remains for whether Sesko will be ready for any pre-season minutes to get up to speed for August 22. Would love to see more news about what is going on with his shins/general injury situation.
Pretty obvious at this stage Sesko won't have much if any involvement in the opening PL games
