I would be relieved that Trump's plans to steal the election had failed and that the right wing attempts to overthrow democracy in the USA had been mildly delayed. I would then reflect on the fact that one President who was clearly guilty of sexual assault had been replaced by another who is clearly guilty of the same.

Once this Supreme Court nomination gets confirmed that will be it for the election. The AG and the SC will be in Trump's control with the Post Office in disarray and with Homeland security jackboots on the ground there will be nothing left to chance. This all with Russia pulling the strings behind the curtain Joe Biden has no hope. After the election democracy will be over in the US.

I think there a fair few people who hated Clinton but either voted for her or voted third party that will vote Trump this time. Americans like winners. Trump won.
I hope you are right. I just dont think Biden has the charisma to attract the voters needed to get rid of the orange buffoon. As the election gets closer Republicans have typically become more energised, for example the Dems always start well because they do better with postal voting but the Republicans are better at getting their voters energised on election day.

Why would anyone celebrate senile creep winning? On left side we have career politician who definitely has many screws loose and a chick that banged 30 year older dude for some powa (dude was married at the time but to be fair the marriage was over), loves to keep people in prison and does very unethical sh1t to keep her "record" as a prosecutor. On the right side you got a crazy guy who loves to grab chicks by the pussy. Conservatives love him, although guy had like 3 divorces and countless of failed businesses. Bangs pornstards / overpriced prostitutes. His running mate is a religious fanatic who can't be left alone with a woman that isn't his wife. America is f**ked. Truly f**ked. Locally I voted democrat before age 30, voted republican after 30. Why? Because I am tired of my taxes going up. Taxing more doesn't solve problems. Democrats have "nice" ideas but after Obama's bs I've learned that the changes are for those that fly high, not for us walking on the ground.

Please educate yourself on tax rates and presidents historically in this country - as well as the size of the federal budget and deficit. And don't forget taxes are but one part of the cost of living.
Tax does however often pay for solutions. Like universal health care for example.
Biden may not be your idea of a great President but I can't think of a worse choice than Trump, no matter your politics. He has turned your country into a laughing stock.
I said how I voted locally and why. What presidents have to do with it? Federal tax is one tax. I do understand it ain't gonna change with Biden for people making under 400k however when Obama got in the office business related taxes hiked up.
Every time a dem wins for a mayor of my town, property taxes go up. Do the school teachers get a raise? Nah, but there is always a new program with new people on the payroll and program never ends and taxes never go down.

It will be anti-climactic since there may not be a winner on election night. If it happens, it will happen gradually over the span of days once all the mail votes are counted.
